PUBG Mobile is preparing to host another esports tournament, the PMSL CSA Fall 2025. This Super League is the second major event of the 2025 competitive season and will determine which teams qualify for the year-end championship, as well as crown a regional champion.
This event will feature teams from Central and South Asia. The three highest-performing teams will earn a spot to compete in the PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) 2025. KRAFTON, Level Infinite, and NODWIN Gaming are co-hosting the competition.

PMSL CSA Fall 2025 will take place online due to the ongoing protest in Nepal
Nepal is seeing large protests led by young people – Gen Z – who are speaking out against corruption, favoritism, and restrictions on social media. The protests escalated to the point where demonstrators entered the Prime Minister’s residence, Temple Tree, prompting former Prime Minister K.P. Sharma Oli to leave the premises.
I was so excited for the PUBG Mobile event, but it looks like it’s been postponed! They’ve decided to hold it online instead of in person, which makes sense given the current situation and to keep everyone safe. It was originally planned for September 18th, but we’ll have to wait a bit longer. The good news is everything else – the players, the format, and the awesome prize pool – will stay the same. I’m still really looking forward to it!

The event will happen in two stages, beginning with the Group Stage. The Group Stage itself is divided into two parts. First is the Calibration round, where teams are randomly assigned to one of five groups, each containing four teams. Over two days, a total of 10 matches will be played, with each group competing in 8 matches.
In the second round, called the Survival Stage, teams will be placed into new groups based on how they performed in the first round. Over five days, there will be 30 matches, with each group playing 24 matches. Teams will earn Head Start Points depending on their ranking in this round, and the top 16 teams will move on to the Grand Finals. During the Finals, a rule called Smash Rule will be used on the third day.
Participating Teams
A total of 20 teams will compete in the event. Six teams have received direct invitations, while the remaining teams qualified through sub-regional leagues from areas like Central Asia, South Asia, and Pakistan, as well as various country finals. Here’s a look at the participating teams:
Prize Pool
The total prize money for PMSL CSA Fall 2025 is a massive $200,000! The three highest-ranking teams will automatically qualify for PMGC 2025. We don’t yet know how the prize money will be divided among the teams, but I’ll share those details as soon as they’re available.
Team Ranking | Prize Pool |
---|---|
The Champion | PMGC 2025 Slot |
Runner up | PMGC 2025 Slot |
3rd | PMGC 2025 Slot |
