The annual international PUBG Mobile tournament, known as the PMGC or PUBG Mobile Global Championship, is returning for 2024. Starting from December 6, 2024, and ending on December 8, 2024, 48 teams representing various parts of the world will showcase their skills and battle it out for a share of the impressive USD 3 million prize fund and the coveted title of PUBG Mobile World Champions.

The format for PUBG Mobile Esports’ upcoming tournament at London’s ExCel Auditorium from December 6-8, 2024, has not been disclosed in full. Teams aiming to compete in this esteemed event will need to qualify through their regional Super Leagues, including those in South-East Asia, CSA, EMEA, and the Americas.

A grand total of 48 teams hail from various parts of the globe and will initially battle it out in the League Stage. Fifteen lucky squads will then proceed to the Grand Finals, with a team from the UK receiving an automatic invitation. Tickets for spectators can be obtained as early as August. Final Thoughts
According to the plan for esports events, the PMGC 2024 will mark the third global tournament of the year. This will be preceded by the PMGO Brazil and the recently-concluded PMWC 2024, which took place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this competition, Alpha7 Esports emerged victorious, receiving a grand total of USD 467,312.50 from the prize pool of USD 3,050,000.
