PUBG: Battlegrounds Update 33.1 Hits Console Next Week With Destructible Environments for Sanhok Map
As a seasoned veteran of countless hours spent in the battlefields of PUBG: Battlegrounds, I can’t help but feel a surge of exhilaration at the announcement of Update 33.1. The prospect of full destructible environments on the Sanhok map promises to add a whole new layer of strategy and unpredictability to my gaming experience.
Krafton has revealed that the latest update for PUBG: Battlegrounds, version 33.1, is set to arrive on consoles within the next week. This update will introduce fully destructible environments to the Sanhok map in the battle royale game, offering a fresh tactical element for players to consider.
In this upcoming update, you’ll find a variety of winter-themed quests and rewards perfect for the holiday season, along with ‘Survivor Pass: Let It Snow’. The destructible landscapes in Sanhok now include not just buildings and structures, but also other objects, similar to what we see on the Rondo map. Additionally, keep an eye out for the Red Zone, as it too can cause destruction.
In the upcoming Update 33.1, you’ll see improvements in gunplay, particularly with the SMG undergoing a significant accuracy boost for improved close-quarter fights. This update will also mark the start of Ranked Season 33, offering unique prizes such as a new FAMAS weapon skin and tier-based benefits.
33.1 Update and Survivor Pass: “Let It Snow” for “PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG)” will be arriving on Xbox and PlayStation starting from 12th December. For a detailed look at the changes, you can find the complete patch details here.
