[Submission Rules]

To be considered, your guide needs to be submitted during the given time frame [from September 25, 2024, at 10:00 to November 3, 2024, at 23:59 (UTC+8)]. Please note that only submissions made through the methods outlined in the [Participation Guidelines] will be accepted. Any late or improperly submitted guides will not be considered.

2. To be considered, your submissions should be clearly organized, follow a logical flow, have minimal factual inaccuracies, and not contain significant portions copied or borrowed from other sources without proper citation.

Title your post should follow this format: “#Category Type# – Brief Overview of Guide Content” (for example, “#Agent Guide# – Ideal W-Engine Selection and Team Setup”).

4. You can submit content that is purely textual, a blend of text and visuals like images, or even videos. Guides that include both text and images, or video instructions might attract more interest.

5. Text-only and text-image guides must contain at least 500 characters (including in-image text).

6. The visuals in your step-by-step tutorials should be authentic images, game captures, or self-made content. Animated GIFs are acceptable as well.

For your video to be valid, it needs to meet these criteria:

Keep in mind that should you remove your entry during the competition’s timeframe, we won’t be able to verify your participation, and your submission will be considered void. The competition period spans from the start date up until the announcement of the winners.

2. If you win any in-game prizes, make sure to give us your User ID accurately within the given time frame. Otherwise, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from you.

3. If you’re fortunate enough to win any tangible rewards during the event, make sure to accurately submit your shipping address within the given timeframe. Not doing so may result in forfeiting your prize. Once submitted, the address cannot be altered. We won’t resend prizes if there are issues with delivery due to an incorrect address; our logistics partner will not re-send them either.

4. To ensure your submission is eligible, it should only include unique, original fan creations. Any material that isn’t original will not be accepted and will be removed.

5. It’s absolutely not allowed to pass off someone else’s work as your own by plagiarism. Any instances of this discovered and confirmed will result in deletion of the related posts and a permanent ban from all future community activities.

6. Let’s avoid sharing content that breaks the platform’s guidelines or doesn’t pertain to this occasion, such as marketing links and other promotional materials.

7. By joining this contest, you grant permission to the Zenless Zone Zero team to utilize your submissions at no cost for promotional purposes across all online platforms (like within the game, on our official website, and on social media platforms such as HoYoLAB, Twitter, Facebook, etc.). We ensure that proper credit is given to the original creator when a submission is utilized.

8. In the Strategy Guide Contest for each version, every Proxy is allowed to submit numerous entries. However, each User Identification (UID) can claim just one prize. If more than one entry from a UID wins different prizes, the highest award shall be given.

9. It’s possible that some awards won’t be given out if we receive either a small quantity or low-quality entries.

10. Any personal data gathered during this event will be exclusively utilized for prize distribution. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please note that this event is governed by both the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy associated with HoYoverse accounts and the HoYoLAB Community. It’s essential to understand and comply with these terms and policies before participating in this event.

If we encounter issues such as low stock, logistical problems, or unexpected circumstances preventing us from sending the promised physical rewards, we’ll swap them for items of equal value instead. Please note that there might be slight delays in receiving your prize. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

12. If upon receiving your items, you find any damages, kindly reach out to the delivery service first for addressing the issue.

13′. Winners are expected to follow any applicable tax rules in their home country or region, as per the laws, regulations, and local tax policies of their location. The prize will not be re-sent if it fails to be delivered due to lack of customs clearance completion.
