Priscilla Presley’s Shocking2024 Income Revealed Amid Million-Dollar Elder-Abuse Lawsuit Turmoil

According to reports, Priscilla Presley recently disclosed the substantial earnings she expects in 2024, as this figure is part of the elder-abuse lawsuit she filed last year against her former business partners.

Last summer, the former wife of Elvis Presley, who is 79 years old, initiated a lawsuit against Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, Vahe Sislyan, and Lynn Walker Wright, alleging that they had exploited her financially, which is an act commonly known as elder abuse.

At the time, she accused the group of ex-associates of having stolen over $1 million of her money.

In a recent disclosure, Presley stated that the sum supposedly taken equated roughly to her total earnings for the entire year of 2024.

Last year, Radar Online reported that Lisa Marie Presley’s mother earned a significant sum of $1 million from 34 global appearances.

Presley also weighed in on her paid appearances from 2023 in the same filing.

According to reports, she claimed to be unsure about the exact amount of income she earned from a combined 12 public engagements.

From her 2024 booked engagements, she pointed out that she purportedly earned $62,000 from merely two events that took place in Florida.

She clarified in her statement that the majority of her earnings come from performances, which usually take place during a talk series I refer to as “An Evening With Priscilla.” The defendants are aware that this is my main source of income, enabling me to cover my expenses.

Lately, aiming to disrupt my income sources unfairly, Brigitte and the other associate have been bombarding my professional contacts, collaborators, personal assistants, and even my family members, with a flurry of unwarranted cease-and-desist letters. These demands insist that everyone in my life should halt all business dealings with me or cease assisting me in my work, as I have claimed, reported by Radar Online.

She mentioned that she’s faced substantial expenses and charges, as I’ve been forced to respond defensively to these groundless threatening messages.

As reported by DailyMail.com from the initial court documents, Presley alleges that Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, Vahe Sislyan, and Lynn Walker Wright manipulated her, seized control of her financial affairs, and effectively forced her into a modern-day form of servitude through a carefully orchestrated and despicable plan.

Priscilla shares that she encountered Kruse, the individual who filed a lawsuit against her for a breach of contract back in February, during the year 2021. This encounter took place as Kruse was operating a business dealing with Elvis memorabilia by auctioning it through an auction house.

As a lifestyle advisor, I find myself often emphasizing the importance of transparency in financial matters. In this scenario, it appears that Kruse, unfortunately, may have misled Priscilla into believing that her previous financial advisors were not trustworthy, only to allegedly exploit the situation herself. The accusation is that she deceived Priscilla into signing contracts and forming companies, where Priscilla and her associates would receive an astounding 80% of Priscilla’s income, leaving Presley with a mere 20%. This is a stark reminder of the need to carefully examine business deals and partnerships before diving in.

Priscilla asserts that when the group departed, they kept a smaller proportion of company stocks for her, which generated income from her ‘personality rights’ such as her name, picture, and appearance. The lawsuit involves both Priscilla Presley and her business entity, Priscilla Presley Partners, LLC.

The legal claim asserts that monies tied to the 2023 biopic film, Priscilla, featuring Jacob Elordi and Cailee Spaeny, were similarly embezzled. This accusation labels Kruse as a ‘deceptive swindler’ and ‘chronic liar’.

Apart from Presley’s assertion, she alleges that her former business partners sabotaged a potential deal for the celebrity to acquire an ownership stake in a cosmetics firm. Instead, she received an initial payment of $300,000, which she claims they personally deposited into their own bank accounts.

The lawsuit alleges that these associates created new bank accounts at their preferred banks (damaging Presley’s long-standing relationships with financial institutions) by adding themselves to her existing accounts. They also moved funds between accounts (and to their personal accounts), engaging in fraudulent, self-benefiting transactions under the guise of legitimate ones.

The lawsuit alleges that Kruse and her colleagues unauthorizedly withdrew $40,000 from an account intended for Navarone Garibaldi, her son, attempted to negotiate deals concerning the estate of the late Lisa Marie Presley under fraudulent pretenses, and illegitimately billed Priscilla for moving and storage costs.

Priscilla, through her lawyer Marty Singer, is filing a lawsuit against Kruse seeking over $1 million in compensation. Furthermore, she aims to have the agreements she entered into with Kruse and the other defendants declared null and void.

Legal representatives for Kruse and Kevin Fialko stated that the lawsuit they’ve recently filed is in response, or retaliation, to the lawsuit that Priscilla’s business partners filed last year.

We’re sure that the truth will come to light and fairness will win out. It’s disheartening for everyone who put their lives on hold to assist a woman in distress, only for her to try using her fame to tarnish the reputations of good, dedicated individuals.

Appreciation goes out to everyone who has stayed loyal to us through these challenging times. We’re committed to moving forward with our business, eagerly anticipating our court date. The facts will unfold through evidence rather than gossip. At present, we choose not to make any additional comments as we value the judicial process.

In her lawsuit filed against the star in February 2024, Kruse stated that he had averted her potential financial collapse and public humiliation.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Kruse claims that he and the actress established a business together named Priscilla Presley Partners in the year 2022.

According to documents submitted last September, Kruse stated that she managed both Priscilla’s professional and personal matters during a crucial period when the celebrity was facing severe financial difficulties.

Priscilla had outstanding tax debts of $700,000 at the time, Kruse told the court.

As a lifestyle advisor, I can share that Elvis Presley was teetering on the brink of a financial crisis, approximately two months away from collapse. However, upon my intervention, I managed to sort out his finances and help him regain stability.

Kruse testified that they invested a substantial amount of both funds and effort into creating ventures aimed at benefiting Priscilla, leveraging the publicity generated by the release of the Sofia Coppola biopic “Priscilla,” which hit theaters in October of 2023.

In August 2023, Kruse claimed that Priscilla stopped communicating with her and failed to pay her for the earnings from projects they had collaborated on together.

As a lifestyle connoisseur speaking here, I can share that Priscilla, renowned for her roles in movies like The Naked Gun series and The Adventures of Ford Fairlane, has recently made a move to have a pending lawsuit dismissed, as reported by reliable sources.

Priscilla’s attorney, Singer, stated that the celebrity stopped collaborating with Kruse once it was discovered that Kruse and an accomplice were trying to fraudulently use Priscilla Presley’s assets and were involved in other unethical activities.

According to the singer, Priscilla made substantial accusations towards PPP and its leaders, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, alleging that they had misused large sums of money, well before a questionable lawsuit was initiated.

I confidently stated: ‘I wholeheartedly expect my represented party to be exonerated and awarded a favorable verdict in this case.’

On August 27, 2021, she appeared next to Priscilla in an Instagram post promoting a lunch event scheduled for September 4, 2021, which took place in Beverly Hills, California.

On December 30th, 2022, Kruse announced a scheduled event with Priscilla taking place on January 5th, 2023, at The Vineyard Wine Bar & Healthy Bistro in Orlando, Florida.

On her social media profile, updated in October 2021, Kruse is characterized as:

– The founder and head auctioneer of a globally recognized auction house.
– A significant influencer in the auction world.
– A dedicated champion, working tirelessly on behalf of those who are less fortunate.

Her philanthropic efforts have not waned despite her numerous high-profile sales of entertainment memorabilia, luxury fashion items, precious jewels, and royal artifacts. She remains dedicated to supporting her community and causes that matter to her.
