Priscilla Presley dishes on daughter Lisa Marie’s sex life with ‘manipulative’ Michael Jackson

Priscilla Presley recently revealed details about her daughter Lisa Marie Presley’s brief marriage to Michael Jackson, including information about their intimate life.

She remembered asking her daughter about the gossip surrounding her relationship with the pop singer almost 30 years ago, before they eventually broke up.

Elvis Presley’s former wife recently shared details about her relationship with their daughter, Lisa Marie, who sadly died in 2023 at age 54.

In her new memoir, *Softly, As I Leave You: Life After Elvis*, Priscilla Presley revealed she wasn’t thrilled when her daughter, Lisa Marie, told her she was marrying pop singer Michael Jackson in the 1990s, according to a preview obtained by The Sun.

She admitted in her upcoming book, available to readers on Tuesday, September 23rd, that she was shocked by the marriage.

‘I asked her if they had a physical relationship,’ she wrote. ‘Like so many people, I wasn’t sure.’ 

Priscilla added: ‘She said yeah.’ 

Priscilla Presley, who was married to Elvis from 1967 until their divorce in 1973, also said she didn’t think much of Michael and doubted his reasons for pursuing a relationship with her daughter. Elvis passed away in 1977.

She said she believed that the pop icon was involved with Lisa Marie because of their family name.

In her memoir, she explained that she always suspected Michael wasn’t in love with Lisa Marie Presley herself, but with the fame and legacy of the Presley family.

Priscilla also stated that he seemed to be seeking positive media attention following accusations of child molestation – accusations he strongly denied.

She stated her daughter thought he was not guilty, and Priscilla also mentioned Michael started contacting Lisa Marie around the time of the allegations of child abuse.

She wrote that Michael was controlling and likely planned to pursue her well before she was even aware of his interest.

‘The childlike innocence he projected was part of his public mask,’ she added.

She said her relationship with her former son-in-law was ‘bizarre.’ 

She also said he consistently avoided her, and at family events, he seemed to prefer being around children rather than other adults.

Priscilla also shared that Lisa Marie had mentioned Michael’s desire to have a child, but Priscilla asked her to hold off for a while.

It feels strange to say, but after just two years of marriage, Lisa Marie filed for divorce, and honestly, Priscilla seemed relieved. It was a really fast-moving relationship, and I think everyone saw it wasn’t quite right in the long run. I was definitely surprised, but part of me understood her mother’s reaction – it felt like a weight lifted for her.

‘I could practically hear Elvis sigh with relief,’ she added. 

In her memoir, *From Here to the Great Unknown*-based on recordings compiled by her daughter, Riley Keough, and published in October 2024-Lisa Marie Presley wrote that the pop star told her he was a virgin when their relationship began.

Lisa Marie wrote that he confessed he hadn’t had sexual relations with anyone yet. She mentioned he’d kissed Tatum O’Neal and had a brief connection with Brooke Shields, though it didn’t go beyond a kiss. He also told her Madonna had once made a move on him, but nothing came of it.

In a memoir published after her death by her daughter, Lisa Marie revealed she was scared because she didn’t want to do anything that would upset him. She explained that when he initiated their first kiss, he simply went for it and was always the one taking charge.

I was surprised when things became physical. I’d assumed we’d wait until marriage, but he told me he didn’t want to wait any longer.

After his divorce from Lisa Marie, Michael married Debbie Rowe and together they had two children: Prince, who is now 28, and Paris, 27.

He also welcomed son Bigi, formerly known as Blanket and now age 23, via a surrogate. 

Michael died at the age of 50 in 2009 from a propofol overdose. 

Lisa Marie was already a mother to two children – Riley Keough, age 36, and Ben – from her marriage to Danny Keough.

Ben died from suicide at age 27 in 2020. 

Lisa Marie Presley had twin daughters, Harper and Finley, who are now 16 years old. They were born during her marriage to Michael Lockwood, her fourth husband.
