As a devoted fan of Priscilla Presley, I am deeply saddened and angered by the recent allegations of financial elder abuse against her by several former business associates. It’s heartbreaking to see someone who has already given so much to the world being taken advantage of in her later years.
Priscilla Presley is filing a lawsuit against several ex-business partners, accusing them of financially exploiting an elderly person to the tune of over $1 million.
In a lawsuit filed with DailyMail.com, Elvis Presley’s 79-year-old ex-wife alleges that Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, Vahe Sislyan, and Lynn Walker Wright exploited her and assumed control of her finances against her will, leaving her in a state of financial servitude. This was reportedly part of a carefully planned and despicable scheme.
In the year 2021, Priscilla encountered Kruse – the individual she previously faced a lawsuit with over a breached contract in February – as he managed a business dealing with Elvis memorabilia via an auction house.
I, as an obsessed fan, can’t help but share the shocking details of this lawsuit. According to it, Kruse convinced Priscilla that her previous financial advisors were less than honest or inept. But little did she know, Kruse himself was allegedly up to no good! He reportedly tricked her into signing contracts and establishing companies where she and her partners would reap an astounding 80% of Priscilla’s income. Unfortunately for the legend herself, this left her with a mere 20% stake in her very own company. What a twisted turn of events!
Priscilla argues that she was given a minor stake in the businesses the group formed, which significantly benefited from her identity. The legal action involves Priscilla Presley Partners, LLC as well.

The lawsuit claims that money from the 2023 biopic “Priscilla,” featuring Jacob Elordi and Cailee Spaeny, was additionally misused. It labels Kruse as both a “con artist” and a “pathological liar.”
I’m absolutely in awe of Presley’s story, and I can’t help but feel her pain when she shares how her former business partners allegedly sabotaged a potential deal for her to own a stake in a cosmetics company. Instead, they reportedly gave her a one-time payment of $300,000. She asserts that they pocketed this money for themselves.
The lawsuit alleges that the associates opened new bank accounts preferred by them (damaging Presley’s long-term relationships with her financial institutions) and added themselves as account holders. They then transferred funds between these accounts (including to their personal accounts), and carried out false transactions, exploiting their insider status for their own gain.
I’ve been closely following the developments in this lawsuit, and from my perspective, it alleges that Kruse and her associates made unauthorized withdrawals totaling $40,000 from an account intended for my son Navarone Garibaldi. Furthermore, they attempted to engage in business deals concerning the late Lisa Marie Presley’s estate without proper authorization. Lastly, they allegedly defrauded Priscilla by charging exorbitant fees for moving and storage expenses.
Priscilla, through her attorney Marty Singer, is filing a lawsuit against Kruse and others for over $1 million in compensation. She aims to annul the agreements she entered into with them.
DailyMail.com has contacted Kruse’s representative for comment.
In her lawsuit filed against the star in February 2024, Kruse claimed that he saved her from both financial ruin and public embarrassment.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Kruse stated in her legal filings that she and Priscilla Presley established their business partnership, Priscilla Presley Partners, in the year 2022.
Last September, Kruse stated in the court documents that she had managed Priscilla’s business and personal affairs during a crucial period when the celebrity was experiencing severe financial difficulties.

Priscilla had outstanding tax debts of $700,000 at the time, Kruse told the court.
Kruse stated that Presley was just two months away from experiencing a severe financial crisis when Kruse intervened and helped sort out her finances.
Kruse testified in court that she invested heavily, both financially and temporally, in initiatives aimed at benefiting Priscilla following the October 2023 release of the Sofia Coppola biopic, titled “Priscilla.”
In August 2023, Priscilla stopped communicating with Kruse and failed to pay her for profits generated from projects they had collaborated on, according to a breach of contract lawsuit filed by Kruse.
According to a report, Priscilla – known for her roles in movies like “The Naked Gun trilogy” and “The Adventures of Ford Fairlane” – has submitted documents asking the court to drop the ongoing lawsuit.
Paraphrasing: Priscilla’s attorney, Singer, stated that Priscilla stopped collaborating with Kruse once she became aware of Kruse and her companion’s plans to misuse Priscilla’s assets, as well as their involvement in other unethical activities.
Instead of “Singer stated that Priscilla made substantial accusations against the PPP and its leaders, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, for misusing large sums of money well before this questionable lawsuit was initiated,” you could also say:
He stated: “My client is confident that they will be proven right and will receive a favorable court decision.”
In an Instagram post on August 27, 2021, she was pictured next to Priscilla. This post promoted a luncheon taking place on September 4, 2021, in Beverly Hills, California.

On December 30, 2022, Kruse announced a scheduled event with Priscilla taking place on January 5, 2023, at The Vineyard Wine Bar & Healthy Bistro in Orlando, Florida.
In her October 2021 social media biography, Kruse was identified as the founder and primary auctioneer of a globally recognized auction house, a significant influence in the auction sector, and a compassionate champion for those in need.
Based on the description provided, it seems that this woman is an incredibly successful individual who has made a name for herself through record-breaking auctions in various fields such as entertainment memorabilia, fashion, jewelry, and royal artifacts. Yet, despite her achievements, she remains deeply committed to giving back to her community and supporting causes close to her heart.
