Princess Andre shares a cryptic post about ‘lows and emotional moments’ after her reality show sparked vicious row between dad Peter and mum Katie Price

Princess Andre recently posted a vague message about difficult times and emotional struggles over the past year, following a heated disagreement between her parents that played out publicly after their reality show aired.

Eighteen-year-old Princess, the daughter of Peter Andre and Katie Price, starred in the ITV documentary ‘The Princess Diaries’ last year. However, her mother, Katie Price, was upset after discovering she had been intentionally left out of the filming process.

I’m absolutely fuming! Katie is SO right to be upset – being ‘disrespected’ and ‘disregarded’ is awful, and it’s clearly Peter and his team behind it all. Honestly, I knew something was off. And now, to top it all off, I just heard Emily won’t be in the next series either?! Seriously?! This is a disaster! They’re deliberately trying to sideline her, I just know it. It’s outrageous!

Princess recently suggested the family drama affected her deeply, sharing a New Year’s post that reflected on the difficult times.

She reflected on a challenging but rewarding year in an Instagram post on Friday, describing it as a period of significant emotional ups and downs and personal growth.

‘I’ve learned so much about myself and I’m genuinely proud of what I’ve achieved.

I’m incredibly thankful for all the experiences I’ve had, the things I’ve learned, and everyone who has helped me.

She offered encouragement to anyone who’s had a difficult year, reminding them that they’ve overcome it and that better times are ahead.

‘I can’t wait to see what 2026 brings for me! I’m wishing you all the happiest year ahead❤️.’

This news follows reports that Katie has already filmed some scenes for the next season of her daughter Princess’s reality show.

Katie Price, age 47, wasn’t featured in the first season of “The Princess Diaries,” the ITV show that premiered last year. The show followed 18-year-old Princess as she started her career in the public spotlight.

The show included Katie’s family – her dad Peter, stepmum Emily, and brother Junior. However, Katie herself wasn’t involved, as her management team had asked that she not participate.

Okay, so things were already wild following Princess and Junior, but honestly? From what I’ve gathered, the last couple of seasons were totally different behind the scenes. It sounds like everything changed, and not in a good way, if you ask me. It’s like the dynamic completely flipped, and I’m dying to know exactly what happened!

According to a source, Katie is currently filming scenes for the next installment of The Princess Diaries.

They clarified that Katie wouldn’t be working full-time, but she would still appear on screen for viewers to see.

Oh my gosh, I just heard the BEST news! Apparently, she’s going to be showing up in the new episodes, even if it’s just through video calls – like FaceTime and stuff! It’s not a ton, but it means we’ll see her, even if it’s just a glimpse! I’m so excited I could scream!

The source added that the move represented a clear reversal from last year.

It’s a big change – Katie wasn’t allowed to be on the show before, but she’s incredibly important to Princess and both of them really wanted her mother to be involved this time.

The Daily Mail reached out to ITV, as well as representatives for Princess Andre, Peter Andre, and Katie Price, for a response but did not receive one.

The first season of The Princess Diaries focused on the teenage protagonist’s life with her family – Peter and her stepmother, Emily – while Katie was only heard through a voiceover.

The show proved so popular with viewers that it was confirmed to have picked up two more seasons.

Peter and Emily are reportedly leaving the new season after receiving criticism from Katie.

According to sources at the Daily Mail, the influencer decided to take action after talking with her father, a 52-year-old pop star. He and Emily, 36, agreed to reduce their public appearances to minimize attention surrounding the absence of his ex-wife, Katie, from the show.

Last August, after Princess’s reality show premiered, Katie publicly expressed her anger on her podcast about not being included.

People have been saying I’m hurting my daughter’s reputation because of my own struggles, and it’s really upsetting. They’re bringing up everything – my past issues with addiction, the times I’ve been arrested for driving under the influence, and even my financial difficulties. It feels like they’re using everything against her, and it’s just not fair.

Katie said: ‘I want the best for Junior and Princess, and I would never get in the way of it.

What really bothers me is seeing how quickly kids grow up. You dedicate so much time to being there for them – their school events, holiday programs, award ceremonies, sports games, everything – and it’s a little heartbreaking when they eventually become independent.

Seeing Princess follow in my footsteps and pursue a similar career fills me with joy. I truly love and admire her for it.

I haven’t been able to participate in any photoshoots, autograph sessions, or store openings like Superdrug. It’s simply that I’m not permitted to and they don’t want me there.

As a mom, the hardest thing is seeing my daughter, Princess, potentially caught between her career and our relationship. I truly want her to thrive and succeed, and I’ve told her that. I keep checking in with how she feels about my involvement, because honestly, I want to be her biggest supporter, just like my own family was for me. Especially because she’s following a similar path to mine, I’m incredibly proud and naturally want to be there cheering her on every step of the way.
