Prime Video releases first trailer for Richard Madden’s new murder mystery
As a die-hard fan of gripping mysteries and captivating performances, I can hardly contain my excitement for Richard Madden’s upcoming movie “Killer Heat”. The trailer alone sent chills down my spine with its tantalizing glimpses of the intricate plot and the stellar cast.
Prime Video has released the first trailer for Richard Madden’s murder mystery movie Killer Heat.
The movie centers around a pair of twins (Madden), entangled in a turbulent love affair involving three parties, which becomes even more intricate when a detective called The Jealousy Man (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) arrives on the scene to probe an apparent murder case among them.
The tense first trailer gives fans a taste of the thrills to come, as the detective becomes dangerously involved in the rich family’s life following the death Leo Vardakis.
The film, featuring Shailene Woodley among its cast, is an adaptation of Jo Nesbø’s 2021 short story titled “The Jealousy Man.” Philippe Lacôte serves as the director for this project.
Lastly, Madden was spotted in the Amazon Prime Video series titled “Citadel”. This show chronicles the journey of two top-tier agents whose memories are erased after the collapse of their organization.
Apart from Priyanka Chopra Jonas, the show has been brought back for another season soon after it debuted last year.
In the upcoming episodes, Marvel’s Joe Russo will take charge as the sole director. He will work in tandem with his brother Anthony, both serving as executive producers.
Jennifer Salke, head of Amazon and MGM Studios, expressed enthusiasm upon renewal by stating, “Citadel is indeed a worldwide sensation.” Our ambition was to establish a fresh franchise based on unique intellectual property that would expand Prime Video’s global audience. This series has attracted an unusually high number of new international customers to Prime Video.
The extraordinary turnout at its global premiere underscores the outstanding creativity of Joe and Anthony Russo, the exceptional abilities of Richard Madden, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Lesley Manville, and Stanley Tucci, as well as the relentless efforts of the creative teams, actors, and production staff.
Due to the massive popularity of our show among our viewers, we’re excited to announce that the first episode of “Citadel” will be available worldwide without a membership. Moreover, we’re pleased to let you know that the series has been renewed for another season!
Killer Heat will be released on September 26 on Prime Video.
