Dianne Buswell celebrated her baby shower in Australia with her family and partner, Joe Sugg, and shared heartwarming photos from the event.
The 36-year-old professional dancer from Strictly Come Dancing, who is pregnant with her first child with 34-year-old Joe, looked radiant in the photos.
Dianne and Joe celebrated Christmas in Australia with her parents. She shared that her family lovingly prepared a baby shower for her and posted about it online.
I was so thrilled to see Dianne looking absolutely radiant on Instagram! She’s really glowing, and her baby bump is getting so big! She wore this beautiful, flowing blue maxi dress with a lovely floral pattern, and honestly, she looked incredible.
Dianne, showing off a ‘mum to be’ satchel, stood with her beaming parents, Rina and Mark, in front of their beautifully decorated home.
The soon-to-be parents beamed with joy as they looked at the table overflowing with delicious treats for their party.
It seems Dianne’s family playfully tested the couple by having guests help dress dolls, perhaps as a preview of what having children might be like.
Dianne seemed completely at ease, holding her doll while watching Joe struggle.
Oh my gosh, she posted the pictures from the baby shower! It was so adorable – a totally Aussie-themed celebration with all her family. She said a huge thanks to her friends, especially Mia, for making it so fun and special. I’m seriously melting! It looked absolutely perfect, and I’m so happy for her!
The dancer’s fellow ‘Strictly’ contestants immediately shared supportive messages. Vito Coppola wrote, ‘Beautiful! We can’t wait! I love this so much and everyone is really excited to meet your baby boy.’
Amy Dowden replied with three blue love hearts followed by four watery-eyed emojis.
Nancy Xu commented: ‘I can’t wait to meet our little boy.’
Strictly 2023 winner and former Coronation Street Ellie Leach wrote: ‘So beautiful.’
In November, Dianne shared that her baby bump was becoming more noticeable, and she was finding it increasingly difficult to get dressed for ‘Strictly Come Dancing’.
Dianne recently turned heads on a beach, showing off her baby bump under a lifted white tank top. She looked fantastic!
She was comfortably dressed in sneakers and protected her eyes from the sun with a baseball cap and sunglasses.
The BBC personality beamed as she gently held her baby bump during a sunny walk on the beach.
I was so impressed with Dianne! She made history on the show by being the first professional dancer to compete while pregnant. It was heartbreaking when her partner, Stefan Dennis, unfortunately had to withdraw due to an injury, but she handled it with such grace.
Joe and Dianne began dating after being partnered together on the sixteenth season of Strictly Come Dancing in 2018.
To announce they were expecting in September, the couple created a sweet video set to Elton John’s “Tiny Dancer.” They playfully pretended to paint a picture together on an easel, adding a bit of drama for fun.
They held up the canvas for the camera, and it showed a simple drawing: two stick figures, one with bright red hair like Dianne’s, holding hands with a baby.
