As someone who follows a lot of lifestyle journeys, it was so lovely to see Sophie Kasaei share a picture of her baby bump! She’s been really open about how tough the first trimester was, especially after everything she and her partner went through with fertility struggles for the past two years. It’s wonderful to see her thriving and sharing this special moment.
Geordie Shore’s Charlotte Crosby, 36, and her boyfriend Jordan Brook, 30, revealed last week that they are expecting their first child.
On Thursday, the reality star shared on Instagram that the first few weeks were difficult. She admitted feeling guilty because she wasn’t able to fully enjoy her pregnancy.
Sophie showed off her baby bump with a cute pink and white striped outfit in a mirror selfie. She shared the photos along with a heartfelt message.
She wrote about her first trimester, explaining that simply getting through it was a huge challenge and an understatement of how difficult it truly was.
Oh my gosh, those first few weeks were brutal. Seriously, nobody prepared me for that! I swear, I didn’t move from the couch for days, and I could barely keep my eyes open for more than an hour at a time. It was rough, so rough!

Sophie went on to explain that her diet was really tough after trying to eat healthily to get pregnant. She found she could only manage bland foods, and she admitted she really struggled for a few weeks. She hadn’t been prepared for how difficult it would be, as no one had warned her.
After years of trying to get pregnant and everything that involved, I felt incredibly guilty and couldn’t enjoy the first few weeks. I was really down, but thankfully, I’ve come through that difficult time and am feeling much better now!
I was so shocked by the positive pregnancy test, I didn’t believe it at first! It’s funny, I think my dog, Bella, actually knew I was pregnant even before I did – they really do have incredible senses!
‘Anyways I’m feeling a lot better thank god and finally feel more like me! ✨. [sic]’
The MTV icon also shared a sweet mirror selfie with Jordan as he stamped a kiss on her forehead.
I’m loving Sophie’s comfortable and chic maternity style lately! She was spotted rocking a grey top with leggings, layered with a cozy black hoodie – a perfect look for expecting moms who want to be both comfy and stylish.
The happy couple announced they’re expecting a baby! They shared the news by hanging a special ornament on their Christmas tree that said, ‘Merry Christmas Mummy and Daddy. See you in 2026,’ showing their baby is due next year.

The video started with a flashback to the couple wrapping a gift last year and putting it under the Christmas tree.
Last year, Sophie and Jordan followed an old tradition, placing a baby blanket under their Christmas tree and hoping it would bring them a baby in 2025.
The video then showed the couple looking stunning: she wore a tight-fitting, glamorous red dress that showed off her baby bump, and Jordan was in a tuxedo. They were dancing happily near their Christmas tree.
Sophie posted videos of herself discovering she was pregnant, including a clip of the positive test. She also shared a video of Jordan’s reaction – he was completely shocked and they both cried tears of happiness.
The couple posted a video of their sonogram, and Jordan lovingly kissed Sophie’s baby bump.
The announcement video concluded with the message, ‘Baby Brook Due 2026’.
Sophie penned: ‘The most magical gift. Merry Christmas from the three of us’.
Jordan shared a heartfelt message, writing: ‘My sweet girl, I’m incredibly proud of you and of us both. We never gave up, and even through the hardest times, something wonderful has come from it all. I love you and our baby more than words can say.’

This update follows Sophie’s September discussion about her difficulties getting pregnant, after experiencing a chemical pregnancy while trying to have a baby with Jordan.
Okay, so I’ve been doing so much research, and I learned about something called a chemical pregnancy. It’s basically when you get pregnant, and it seems like it’s happening – like the test is positive – but it’s super early, and the embryo doesn’t quite stick. It happens right after it implants, and sadly, it ends really quickly. It’s heartbreaking, but apparently, it’s actually pretty common, even though nobody really talks about it!
The Geordie Shore star and Jordan are continuing their path to parenthood by beginning a new type of therapy.
Sophie announced she’s begun Lymphocyte Immunization Therapy (LIT), a treatment where doctors study a patient’s immune system and then provide personalized immune support, as explained by The Fertility And Gynaecology Academy.
Taking to Instagram, the TV personality penned: ‘After 28 months our fertility journey continues.
Today marks a significant step forward in our journey – we’re starting our first round of Lit therapy, along with other treatments, at @fertilysis. It feels like a long-awaited breakthrough!
We’re taking things one day at a time and staying positive. We truly appreciate all the kind messages and support from our friends and family – it means so much to us.
‘To those who are also in the same boat. Keep going. Keep communicating and keep exploring.’
