Pregnant Shaughna Phillips enjoys rare outing with jailed boyfriend Billy Webb and their daughter Lucia on his day release from prison amid his nine-year sentence for serious drug offences

As a lifestyle advisor, I’d put it this way: On a special occasion, I had the privilege of spending some quality time with my partner, Billy Webb, who was granted temporary leave from prison, during our pregnancy journey together on a Wednesday. It was a precious moment we cherished amidst the unique circumstances we find ourselves in.

Love Island celebrity, aged 31, is anticipating another child with Billy, who already shares a two-year-old daughter named Lucia with her.

In April 2023, a baby girl named Lucia was born. Simultaneously, Billy, aged 29, was given a nine-year prison sentence following his admission of guilt to conspiring to sell approximately 4.5 kilograms of cocaine with an estimated street value of £360,000.

Currently held in a Category D prison, he’s been allowed home visits for a few days each month. 

On a Thursday, Shaughna and Billy were spotted enjoying time together alongside their little daughter Lucia (age 1), as Billy took a temporary leave from his confinement.

Shaughna’s delivery date falls in November, however, she has scheduled a Caesarean section, with Billy being there to witness the event.

On Thursday, it was noticed that Shaughna and Billy stepped out from their vehicle prior to entering a shopping mall. Inside, they appeared to be considering the purchase of a stroller for their upcoming infant.

The whole family broke into smiles as the parents settled down to engage in playtime with their little girl, Lucia, using an assortment of toys.

Following Shaughna’s statement, it appears she is wishing for Billy’s release from prison prior to the birth of her second child.

A few days ago, Shaughna disclosed that he might get an early discharge, which could mean he’ll be back home before the baby arrives.

She shared with New! magazine, “I do know when he’s expected back home, but I’m keeping quiet about it since unexpected events can occur. Fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly and he returns home completely before my baby arrives.

The television personality shared that she’s excited to have a companion with her during this experience, as Billy wasn’t able to share in the initial stages of bonding with Lucia – from tender embraces to restless slumbers.

Shaughna mentioned that he was certainly yearning for another child, as he hadn’t experienced having a newborn with Lucia, and it seems that’s what he truly desired.

More simply, the television host has shared details about her preparation for pregnancy with Billy Webb, following her announcement that she’s having her second child.

Last month, Shaughna mentioned that she conceived when her ovulation cycle aligned with Billy being present at home.

‘It was the first time that my ovulation window coincided with Billy being home,’ Shaughna said.

In a casual manner, I replied, “Why not give it a try?” The very next day, I told Billy, “I believe I might be pregnant.

Over the last seven months, Shaughna and Billy have been spending their days together, taking family trips, since Billy has been granted temporary leave from his open prison.

A source revealed that Billy is currently serving his sentence in a Category D prison, allowing him more freedom to interact extensively with Shaughna.

‘He even managed to be home over Christmas, which meant a lot to her and, of course, Lucia. 

‘He hasn’t been released as many people thought, but he has a lot of privileges.’

At Category D facilities, inmates experience a low level of security. Those considered to be of ‘low risk’ are given the opportunity to step off the premises for employment, resettlement, or educational purposes during daytime hours.
