Pregnant Olivia Bowen Flaunts Baby Bump in Sexy Lingerie

On Wednesday, Olivia Bowen proudly showcased her expanding belly in a black lace undergarment while taking intimate Instagram photos.

Previously known Love Island celebrity, who is now 30 years old, revealed a week ago that she and her spouse Alex (age 33) are anticipating the arrival of their second baby.

With pride in her growing belly, Olivia radiated beauty and luster as she confidently posed in provocative lingerie.

For nearly ten years, this pair has been in a relationship, and they recently added a new member to their family – two-year-old son Abel, who joined them last June (2022).

She titled her post: “When I need an additional confidence surge, it’s usually during pregnancy, feeling under the weather, drained, and constantly expanding – a bit of makeover and elegantly crafted undergarments truly make a difference.

1. I find other means to nurture myself during pregnancy: taking relaxing baths filled with lots of bubbles, styling my hair (discovering a new side of me), applying facial masks, enjoying quality time with friends, and snuggling up with my partner.

2. To ensure self-care during pregnancy, I indulge in various activities like soaking in bubble baths, playing around with new hairstyles, pampering myself with face masks, spending quality moments with girlfriends, and sharing intimate moments with my significant other.

3. During pregnancy, I find ways to practice self-love: taking long, luxurious bubble baths, experimenting with different hair styles (unlocking a fresh personality), applying facial masks, investing in time with friends, and enjoying cozy cuddles with my partner.

She posted a touching video about her pregnancy journey up to this point, adding the following caption: ‘Taking a moment to cherish – baby number 2 is on the way and we’re eagerly anticipating your arrival.’

In this video, taken on what appears to be a camcorder, we see the heartwarming instant when the couple learn that they’re expecting a baby.

The scene also showcased heartwarming instances involving Olivia, Alex, and their child Abel. These included moments like Abel playfully kissing Olivia’s belly and sporting a shirt that read ‘big brother’.

In various parts of the video, Olivia proudly displayed her growing belly, indicating that the family is soon to expand to four members.

In 2016, Olivia, who was previously a sales executive, and Alex, originally a scaffolder, gained prominence as they both made appearances on a popular reality show on ITV2. Initially, Olivia was one of the original cast members, while Alex joined later, becoming an extremely well-liked addition to the series.

Following their departure from the villa, their relationship flourished, with Alex proposing in New York City during the winter month of December in 2016.

They tied the knot at an idyllic Essex ceremony in September 2018.

Following the conclusion of the show, the duo garnered a significant income from endorsements and later starred in their own television series titled “Olivia and Alex Said Yes” on TLC in 2018.

After giving birth to her first child, Olivia openly shared that she faced immense struggles with her postpartum body. In fact, she felt such intense dislike for herself that it went far beyond what one would usually expect.

On Giovanna Fletcher’s Happy Mum, Happy Baby podcast in November, Olivia opened up about her feelings, sharing that she anticipated finding it hard to accept her post-pregnancy body and often judged herself against other new mothers.

Regarding her post-pregnancy body, she mentioned: “I always knew becoming a mother might cause me some stress afterward, and indeed it has been a challenge I’m still working through.

Initially, I despised myself more than words can express, grappling intensely with self-perception issues. However, during pregnancy, my affection for my body flourished, blossoming in an extraordinary way. Yet, the instant Abel was born, and I gazed upon myself through a new lens, my feelings were inexplicably transformed, making no rational sense.

As a dedicated follower, I found it truly remarkable during my pregnancy to gaze upon myself and feel an overwhelming sense of admiration for how I looked. The thought that crossed my mind was, “Wow, I’m incredible! I’m nurturing this little life within me.” However, post-pregnancy, I found myself falling into the trap of comparing myself to other women in the public eye who had given birth around the same time as me.

As I gazed upon them, my heart skipped a beat, whispering under my breath, “Wow, you’re stunning!” It wasn’t about me in that moment, no. Instead, the thought that echoed through my mind was, “I must regain my sparkle, too.

After deciding she wasn’t as attractive as others, Olivia began a demanding workout regimen, a choice that ultimately took a toll on her physically.

She explained: ‘I ended up actually really injuring myself because I had a complicated birth.

I began jogging prematurely due to self-consciousness about my appearance, which eventually led to the reopening of old wounds. Similarly, I jumped back into horseback riding before I was ready and suffered injuries as a result.

In simpler terms, I overdid things a bit while trying to recover quickly. It resulted in some injuries for me.

As a lifestyle guide, I’d candidly confess that, despite the physical discomfort my choices might cause me, should I be blessed with another child, I might find myself repeating similar actions.

She expressed: “It felt just like… and even to this day, I believe I wouldn’t change a thing about it. Honestly, if I were to go through it once more… The second time… If I were to become pregnant once more, I am certain I would take care of myself, but I can assure you that I would repeat that experience over and over.

In essence, even if things were different, they remain the same for me since I manage social media. It can be disheartening to witness so many women looking stunning, while I don’t share their appearance.

Experiencing something so challenging was unlike anything I was used to. Given my longstanding appreciation and admiration for my physical self, this person seemed almost unrecognizable and didn’t command my usual respect. It’s truly unfortunate.

While Olivia struggled with her body image, she also faced a battle with postnatal depression.

In my conversation with Giovanna, I confided that I hadn’t felt like a mother when Abel was born. She recalled a time, approximately when Abel was around three months old, written in her notes, where she noted similar feelings, expressing that she didn’t wish to be perceived as a mom at that moment.

I found myself saying, ‘I may be a parent, but I don’t identify as a mother. I cherish my child dearly, yet I feel uncomfortable when people gaze at me or address me as ‘mum.’

‘I didn’t like it when people referred to me as mum. I hated it.’

According to Giovanna’s suggestion, Olivia might have felt ‘overwhelmed’ or ‘disoriented’ following the traumatic birth. Olivia clarified: “I believe it was a feeling of being lost that ensued afterwards. Frankly, postnatal experiences are quite prevalent and often go unnoticed. I myself experienced significant anxiety and deep depression in the aftermath.

As a dedicated follower, I must confess that the idea of becoming a mom initially filled me with apprehension. I was deeply attached to the person I was before, and the thought of letting go of that identity seemed daunting. It felt like a part of me had vanished, leaving me questioning my very essence. I recall conversations with friends where I would exclaim, “I honestly can’t recognize myself anymore.

‘I can’t share one detail about myself, and yet, I’ve often found myself lost in thought. And it’s because raising children wasn’t part of my identity; I never saw motherhood as a bad choice, but simply not a path that suited me.’

By August 2024, Olivia acknowledged the transient character of fame from Love Island, and opted to start investing in real estate. Simultaneously, she pursued her aspiration for a career in interior design.

In a recent conversation with The Sunday Times, she expressed: “I acknowledge that Love Island won’t be around forever. I have a thriving career as an influencer, which I truly cherish, but I understand changes are coming. Designing interiors has emerged as something I aspire to pursue in my life.

‘My dad always instilled the importance of property into me and I had that in the back of my mind.’

In the year 2017, Alex and Olivia spent approximately £800,000 to buy their initial residence, which was located in Chelmsford, Essex. Later on, in the year 2020, they invested more than £1 million to acquire a house that had been one of Olivia’s dreams.

In the same year, they additionally put £128,000 towards refurbishing a one-bedroom property located in Birmingham, with plans to lease it afterwards.

After that, they managed to sell their home in Essex at a profit of £500,000 over the purchase price, and then proceeded to invest in another plot in Essex for £250,000, which was purchased in June 2023.

Last month, the couple happily settled into their luxurious residence, showcasing the culmination of their renovations. The home includes an “ocean room” tailored for their toddler, and a charming tribute to the Love Island villa in Mallorca – where they first crossed paths – is also incorporated.
