‘Te amo muito,’ she wrote in her native Portuguese which translated to ‘I love you a lot.’
Ben’s dad, Tom Brady, also offered a sweet tribute to his son on Sunday.
The photo carousel began with a photo of the seven-time Super Bowl champ with Ben and his older son, Jack, 17, whom he shares with former flame Bridget Moynahan.
‘Happy Birthday Benny! I’m so proud of the young man you are,’ the football great said.
He outlined his son’s top qualities by saying, ‘You are a scholar, artist, athlete, musician, and team player… yet above all, you are an exceptional brother and son.’
