As a dedicated follower of Elyse Knowles‘ journey, I must say that her resilience and adaptability are truly inspiring. From winning The Block to becoming a mother of three, she has navigated the ups and downs of life with grace and determination.
As an over-the-moon fanboy, I couldn’t contain my excitement on Friday when expectant Elyse Knowles unveiled her expanding belly in public! She was there to reveal a shocking career twist that left me breathless.
32-year-old Block star attended an event in Sydney to unveil her latest position as brand ambassador for the rehydration drink company, Hydralyte, on their National Hydration Day.
The pregnant woman looked gracefully stylish in a green, sleeveless gown that elegantly accentuated her growing belly.
Elyse, who has children Sunny (aged 3) and Zali (aged 19 months) with her partner Josh Barker, completed her fashionable attire by adding a pair of elegant brown sandals.
She adorned her wrists and neck with understated gold pieces, and let her beautiful golden hair cascade freely to highlight her striking features.
Elyse seemed extremely happy as she showed off a big grin when celebrating her fresh role at Hydralyte.
On Friday, Elyse too posted a set of images from the gala on Instagram, hinting that she attended the extravagant affair on her own.

Elyse and her partner Josh, who became well-known after winning The Block competition in the year 2017, are at present anticipating the arrival of their third child as a couple.
Elyse announced her exciting pregnancy news back in June in a sweet Instagram post.
‘The boys are excited for another brother or sister,’ she gushed at the time.
In February 2021, the couple joyfully welcomed their firstborn, Sunny, shortly following their announcement of a secret engagement.
In May 2023, they joyfully welcomed their second child, a baby girl named Zali, and announced that they were expecting their third child approximately a year after that.
Elyse shared with Stellar magazine that she struggled severely with anxiety after giving birth to her son, Sunny.
She confided in the publication that she felt rather nervous as she stepped out of her home for the very first time, her pulse quickening. She admitted uncertainty about whether she would be able to pull it off.

With Sunny, our pets by our side, we ventured out… And Sunny’s loud noises in the vehicle left me feeling a bit fearful.
Elyse mentioned that she struggled to catch her breath and thought, “Everything will be alright, what can possibly go wrong? Many people give birth… you simply need to take the plunge,” was something she had to remind herself.
The former reality stars moved from Melbourne to Byron Bay in 2019, seeking a quieter life.
Back in May 2020, they bought a luxurious beachside property worth approximately 2.3 million dollars in a coastal town of New South Wales. They subsequently decided to give it a makeover.
