Pregnant Ellie Goulding ‘sells SECOND multi-million pound London home for a huge loss’ ahead of welcoming first child with boyfriend Beau Minniear

Ellie Goulding has reportedly sold another London property for less than she paid for it, just before she and her boyfriend, Beau Minniear, are due to have their first child.

I was really surprised to read that Ellie Goulding sold her lovely little house in West London for £1.3 million. It’s a bit sad to hear she made a loss of around £260,000 on it, considering she paid more for the three-bedroom cottage originally. She already has a son, Arthur, with her ex-husband, so I guess things change and she’s moving on. Still, it’s a shame she didn’t get as much for it as she hoped!

Documents obtained by The Sun reveal that Ellie’s company, Miss EG Properties, paid off the mortgage on the house when it was sold. The company still owns properties worth £1.9 million.

Daily Mail have contacted Ellie’s representatives for comment.

The singer and her ex-husband sold their former house last December for a significant loss of £625,000, after repeatedly lowering the price.

This five-story, four-bedroom townhouse in Marylebone first went on sale in October 2020 for £5.95 million. A year later, the price was reduced by £350,000 to £5.6 million.

Ellie lowered the price of the property again and finally sold it for £2.55 million. A source told The Sun that she was eager to sell quickly due to the challenging state of the property market.

She owns a good number of properties, but she’s been making changes to her finances since her split with Caspar earlier this year.

This 2,961 square foot home boasts striking, large windows, a modern spiral staircase, and high-end Gaggenau appliances.

Ellie’s house in London was designed by Stiff + Trevillion, and she’s often photographed outside it – on the charming cobbled street – as she heads to high-profile parties and events.

Ellie recently showed off her baby bump while giving a surprise performance at a Florida wedding.

The singer looked stunning in a red dress while performing at the Palm Beach wedding of Emily Emby and Joel Birnback. The bride and groom were surprised and delighted by the unexpected performance.

The singer performed her rendition of “How Long Will I Love You?” for the couple’s first dance. The song was originally released on her 2013 album, Halcyon Days.

Speaking to the bride and groom, she said: ‘You look so beautiful, my goodness. Wow, what a night.’

Ellie greeted her audience and asked if they’d like to hear her sing, which was met with enthusiastic applause.

The star then sang several of her hits for attendees including Lights and Love Me Like You Do.

Ellie and Beau recently confirmed they are a couple, and Ellie has announced she’s expecting a baby. She first showed off her growing belly at a fashion event in London earlier this month.

The singer and her husband separated in February of last year. Since then, she’s been dating Beau, and they’ve been publicly seen together, including a trip to Italy. While there, Beau posted a personal photo online of Ellie relaxing in their hotel room.

He also appears in several raunchy scenes in Ellie’s latest music video, Destiny.

The Daily Mail reported that Beau was arrested in Palm Beach, Florida in 2018, when he was 20 years old.

He was charged with three crimes following the incident: robbery (without using a weapon), aggravated battery causing serious harm, and possession of marijuana.

West Palm Beach police reports show Beau and two other men were arrested after a fight that happened on a street around 2:30 in the morning.

Oh my god, I just heard about this poor guy! Apparently, this 36-year-old was just…attacked! Like, a whole group of people just started kicking and punching him while he was already on the ground! It’s awful! They say he broke his elbow and his nose was bleeding so badly. I can’t even imagine how terrifying that must have been. It makes me sick to think about someone being treated like that!

Police reports show he stated his pants were torn and his wallet was stolen. The wallet was later recovered from one of the men who were arrested with him.

Police records show the victim, who has a past criminal history, was living on the streets when the incident occurred.

The mugshot taken after Beau’s arrest shows him looking sad and regretful, with messy hair falling onto his forehead. He was wearing a blue and purple plaid shirt. He was the only member of the group to face drug charges, after police found seven grams of marijuana in his pockets.

After spending two days in jail, Beau pleaded guilty to simple battery, a less serious charge than felony battery, likely as part of an agreement with prosecutors.

In November 2018, he appeared in court before a jury and received a probationary sentence. He was also ordered to pay $675 (equivalent to £500) to cover court costs.

In addition to other requirements, he was required to finish a 12-hour online course focused on managing anger. He also had to complete at least 75 hours of community service, spread out over the next year with a minimum of ten hours each month.
