Post Malone’s Ex Serves Him Papers in Brutal Way!

In the midst of their ongoing legal battle, it is said that Post Malone’s former partner resorted to a forceful method to serve him court documents concerning their two-year-old child, as she is seeking full physical custody.

In June 2022, the 29-year-old pop sensation, known as Austin Post, revealed the arrival of his baby, keeping her name a secret for now.

Simultaneously, it came to light that he was betrothed to the child’s mother, although he chose not to disclose her real name. Instead, fans affectionately began referring to her as ‘Jamie.’

Last week, it came to light that ‘Jamie’ had been using the pseudonym Hee Sung Park. This was disclosed in a court filing where she sought full physical custody of her child, as reported by Page Six.

According to court documents mentioned by In Touch Weekly, it’s claimed that Park was found and served legal papers at a posh LA apartment building parking garage, exactly two days prior to his scheduled performance at Coachella.

DailyMail.com has contacted a representative for Post for comment. 

He is said to have been residing in a skyscraper in the heart of downtown L.A., where the luxurious penthouse suite goes for an astonishing $22,995 per month.

It is said that the process server allegedly delivered the documents directly to Post at approximately 1 pm on Friday, according to his account.

On both Sundays of this year’s Coachella festival, a performance was headlined. During his last show, he invited Ed Sheeran and Jelly Roll to join him on stage.

Last Wednesday, Park mentioned her and Post’s daughter in her court documents filed at the Los Angeles Superior Court’s family law division by referring to her as DDP.

In the case at hand, the child’s mother applied for complete physical custody. However, she has expressed a desire for shared legal decision-making authority, and she is also prepared to grant regular visitation, which is often referred to as ‘parental access’ or ‘time with the other parent.’

According to reports, Park, who separated from Post late in 2024, claims in recently filed court papers that DDP has been residing with her since November, as reported by TMZ.

In her recent submission to the court, she asked her former partner to pay for her attorney fees. This request, in addition, disclosed that their child was born in May of this year (2022).

From my perspective as a lifestyle expert, I’d like to clarify that when it comes to child support, courts have the authority to establish orders for financial assistance towards your children. Furthermore, they can directly assign a portion of your income without any additional notifications to you or the other party.

It appears that the post has allegedly filed sealed custody papers in Utah, which is where he primarily resides, however, there has been no reaction yet from him regarding Park’s latest filing.

On Friday, TMZ reported that Post filed documents earlier in Utah compared to Park, potentially allowing him to save a significant sum of money.

As a devoted follower, I understand that reports indicate the transformation-from-rap to country star filed paperwork in Utah for reasons connected to his shared custody arrangement with Park. Moreover, it seems Utah’s approach to child support payments is more economical compared to California, which could be another factor behind this decision.

Regardless of Park’s attempts to transfer the case to California, it appears that the case will stay in Utah instead.

In my professional opinion, rumors suggest that I recently relocated to the Golden State this year, primarily to secure residency and hopefully benefit from California’s legal environment that seems more advantageous for me.

However, Post’s initial filing is under seal, so details about it are scarce.

A day following Park’s petition for full physical custody, it was observed on Thursday that Post was breaking the law by having an open container of Bud Light in the back of a black SUV, situated in Los Angeles.

In simpler terms, it’s illegal in California for individuals to have an open or uncapped alcohol container within easy reach in the passenger area of a vehicle, such as a cupholder or glove box, since it’s accessible to anyone inside the car.

Over the past few weeks, there have been frequent sightings of Post spending quality time in public with his young girlfriend, Christy Lee, a design student from Parsons School, and rumored to have previously interned under renowned stylist Kristina Askerova.

In June 2022, during an appearance on The Howard Stern Show, Post revealed both the birth of his daughter and his engagement to Park.

In 2023, it was disclosed that he had been engaged to Park (who wasn’t identified initially) for two years prior, having got engaged in Las Vegas back in 2021. However, his initial proposal, made while intoxicated, was rejected by her, and she asked him to propose again the following day.

He confided on Call Her Daddy that he had squandered a substantial sum of money at the gambling table. Later, inebriated and impulsive, he went upstairs and proposed to his partner, saying something like: “Fancy getting hitched?” I’d bought a ring and other trappings. But she declined, suggesting we discuss it again the next day. Sober the following day, I asked her again and the conversation was more pleasant.

He lavished compliments on Park, explaining that he firmly believed she was the ideal match for him due to the immense kindness and compassion reflected in her heart.

He expressed that he had long desired children and a large family, and he could sense that she would make an excellent mother. He then added, “She’s the best mom out there, in the whole universe.
