Post Malone shares rare comments about his daughter as star credits toddler with changing his life ‘in the best way ever’

Two years ago, the 29-year-old rapper and his partner Jamie gave birth to their child, whom they haven’t revealed her name yet but she is represented by the initials DDP on his forehead. The artist himself, known as Post, has shared that this event marked a significant change in his life.
In an interview with Anthony Mason on CBS Sunday Morning, he reminisced, “She is someone I will always remember. If you ever heard her cry, you would never forget her too.”
I can confidently say that adding this person to my life has been nothing short of life-changing, in the best way possible! And here’s the most delightful part – she comes from a family with a warm and nurturing mother who is simply beautiful, inside and out. This discovery has brought even more positivity into my existence.
Four years ago, Post found himself walking a difficult road. It was a challenging time. Waking up, having a heartfelt cry, consuming alcohol, and then moving forward with his day were part of his routine back then.
Additionally, after retiring for the night, you might find yourself reaching for another drink, shedding tears, and feeling as if you have to face the same routine tomorrow. However, I no longer wish to feel that way.
Post Malone went on to say, “It’s absolutely incredible. I had to do it to discover my true self.”
Additionally, Post opened up about his unique bond with his audience, stating: ‘I don’t wish for others to experience the pain I’ve felt. I understand they already have. Yet, here I am on stage, and my main goal is to make everyone feel included and cherished. This is what truly matters to me.’
Post has previously spoken about how becoming a father helped him to curb his partying ways.
In a conversation with Apple Music last year, he expressed that having a baby made him see things from a different angle and has significantly reduced his party lifestyle. He didn’t have the opportunity or energy to fully enjoy the experience, so now he’s making an effort to make up for it.
As someone who has spent countless hours nurturing a bond with my little one, cherishing moments with my partner, immersing myself in the thrilling world of video games, and tinkering away at projects in my garage, I can confidently say that these activities are integral to my life. They provide me with joy, growth, and a sense of accomplishment that no other pastime has managed to offer. Each experience enriches me in its own unique way, making my days vibrant and fulfilling.
Post Malone is set to release his new country album – called F-1 Trillion on August 16.
The star’s performance will feature collaborations with prominent country artists such as Dolly Parton, Chris Stapleton, Hank Williams Jr., Tim McGraw, and others.
