According to her lawyer, Porsha Williams, a star on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” was confronted by another passenger on her flight from Las Vegas to Georgia on Sunday evening.

On Tuesday, the Atlanta Police Department announced it had looked into the situation and passed statements from the people involved to the FBI. They did not name Williams as a specific person of interest.

This year, Bravo’s annual fan event, BravoCon, will be available to stream on Peacock. Andy Cohen explained that they want to make the event accessible to as many fans as possible.

According to a department statement, officers spoke with two women who appeared to be involved in a disagreement. Initial findings suggest the women had a verbal argument that turned physical while on a flight coming into Atlanta.

Joe Habachy, the attorney for the reality TV star, confirmed his client, Ms. Williams, was verbally attacked by an angry passenger for no apparent reason. Habachy stated the passenger then made false claims that were contradicted by multiple witnesses.

Police say the women were kept apart at the location, and officers spoke with both of them separately.

Before being filmed walking with officers at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Williams attended the BravoCon 2025 fan event in Las Vegas. TMZ published the video on Monday. According to a Delta representative, both women involved were spoken with both on the plane and at the airport.

According to a statement released Tuesday, the FBI’s Atlanta field office is investigating an incident that occurred on a flight. It’s currently unclear whether any federal crimes were committed.

As a bit of a plane travel enthusiast – and someone who follows these things – it’s pretty standard procedure when something happens mid-flight. According to the actor’s lawyer, federal authorities have to investigate everyone involved to figure out if any rules were broken. Apparently, my client is fully willing to help them with that investigation in any way they need.

She is confident the other passenger ultimately will be charged, he said.
