Hey everyone, get ready! Pokémon Unite is kicking off Ranked Season 36 and Battle Pass Season 42 on June 1st, 2026. I’m super excited to dive in and earn all the awesome rewards they’re adding. Let’s take a look at what’s coming in these new seasons!
New Battle Pass and Ranked Season in Pokémon Unite

Pokémon Unite’s Season 42 Battle Pass arrives in June with a brand new look for Urshifu! The ‘Fairytale Style’ skin will be the featured Holowear, alongside new profile customizations and other exclusive rewards. The standard Battle Pass will cost 690 Aeos Gems, and the Premium Battle Pass will be available for 1190 Aeos Gems.

Pokémon Unite New Ranked Season 36

The creators of Pokémon Unite are changing how the Ranked Season works. Instead of lasting for a longer period, it will now reset monthly, making it simpler for players to follow their progress and look forward to the end-of-season rewards. Here’s a look at some of the key improvements coming in the new Season 36:
- Ranked Match Season 36 will begin on June 1st, 2026, and Unite Battles will take place on Theia Sky Ruins (Groudon)!
- The devs have made adjustments to the points spent when participating in Ranked Match, as well as to the number of rank points earned after battle. They are reducing the number of matches needed to reach a certain rank, making it easier to reach the rank matching your skill level.
- Additionally, the Ranked Match Season reset will require you to log in to the game again to be reflected in-game. So do make sure to log in to refresh the status of the Ranked Match Season.
- There will also be free Season-exclusive Trainer Outfits and Backgrounds for grabs as usual.
