Pokémon GO Triumph Together Premium Timed Research – All rewards & is it worth it?

Pokémon GO Triumph Together Premium Timed Research – All rewards & is it worth it?

As a long-time Pokémon GO player with countless hours spent on the roads and parks, I must admit that the Timed Research ticket for this Triumph Together event is a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, it offers the chance to catch some rare, shiny costumed Pokémon like Elekid, Ponyta, and Lapras, which any serious collector would surely appreciate. However, the in-game items like Radar, Incubators, Incense, and Lures, although useful, don’t quite justify the $4.99 price tag on their own.

Is it worth the $4.99?

During the Pokémon GO event “Triumph Together Premium Timed Research,” three leader-themed costumed Pokémons, namely Elekid, Ponyta, and Lapras, return to the game. Interestingly, these costumed Pokémons can also appear as shiny variants, which are among the rarest shiny Pokémons in the game.

Of course, 10,000 XP and 5000x Stardust is nothing to be sniffed at, but isn’t really worth the $4.99 on its own. Neither are the Radar, Incubators, Incense and Lures. Really to evaluate if this Timed Research is worth it for you it comes down purely to how badly you want the costumed Pokémon. If you’re a costume collector, then it’s totally worth it. If you get a shiny, thats just the cherry on top!

If you find the cost too high compared to the benefits this time, it might not be such a great deal. But there’s plenty of excitement and opportunities to engage with at the Triumph Together event.
