Get your squad and try out these League of Legends team comps for the holidays!
The holidays are here, and that means it’s time to gather your friends for some League of Legends! Here are some fun team ideas with a winter or Christmas theme to help you celebrate the season in your next game.
Christmas League of Legends team comps to try this 2025
Okay, so most of the cool Christmas and holiday skins in League are only around for a limited time each year. But good news – they’re back in the store right now! There are a couple exceptions though – I can always grab Winterblessed and Sugar Rush whenever I want, so those are always available.
Here’s a few team comps for you to try and bring onto the Winter Rift!
Camille – Dr Mundo – LeBlanc – Jinx – Lulu
You can also opt for Winter Wonder Milio instead of Lulu!
- Top: Winterblessed Camille
- Jungle: Frozen Prince Mundo
- Mid: Mistletoe LeBlanc
- Bot: Ambitious Elf Jinx
- Support: Winter Wonder Lulu
This team aims to win games with Jinx, who becomes very powerful later on with Lulu’s help. The team’s top lane, featuring Camille, Dr. Mundo, and LeBlanc, is designed to be very durable and handle whatever the enemy throws at them. The biggest weakness, though, is a lack of crowd control – the mid and jungle players don’t have many ways to lock down enemies, and neither does the team as a whole.
Singed – Nunu & Willump – Malzahar – Zeri – Braum
- Top: Snow Day Singed
- Jungle: Workshop Nunu & Willump
- Mid: Snow Day Malzahar
- Bot: Winter Wonder Zeri
- Support: Santa Braum
Our strategy focuses on eliminating enemy attacks. Nunu will be able to quickly assist (gank) allies who are struggling, especially in the mid and jungle areas.
Zeri can also reliably trigger Braum’s P – Concussive Blows. This team has strong potential in the sidelanes, even when behind, and a single well-executed teamfight can easily swing the game in their favor – or even secure a victory.
This team composition can struggle in large team fights if it falls behind. Players using Singed, Nunu, or Malzahar might not be effective if they don’t play carefully. Later in the game, Zeri’s positioning is key to the team winning.
Gnar – Fiddlesticks – Hwei – Miss Fortune – Neeko
- Top: Snow Day Gnar
- Jungle: Dark Candy Fiddlesticks
- Mid: Winterblessed Hwei
- Bot: Candy Cane Miss Fortune
- Support: Winter Wonder Neeko
Focus on quickly securing objectives and unleashing your abilities on the enemy team to ideally win fights before they even start – that’s the ‘wombo combo’ strategy. While you might have a quiet early game, especially facing a Fiddlesticks jungler, Miss Fortune is currently a very strong champion in patch 15.24, so she should be able to handle her lane without too much trouble.
Irelia – Sylas – Mel – Smolder – Thresh
I’m so excited about the new Frostblade Irelia skin – it’s part of the Winter Wonder collection! If you’re really loving that icy blue and silver color scheme, you could complete the look with Winterblessed Camille up top and Winterblessed Lucian down in the bot lane. It would be such a cool, coordinated team!
- Top: Frostblade Irelia
- Jungle: Winterblessed Sylas
- Mid: Winterblessed Mel
- Bot: Reindeer Smolder
- Support: Winterblessed Thresh
Irelia, Sylas, and Mel working together at the top of the map can dominate the early game, creating opportunities for Smolder to safely build up power in the bottom lane. Thresh’s ability to quickly move allies adds another layer of protection for Smolder, helping him become a powerful force.
Gragas – Master Yi – Katarina – Jinx – Bard
You can also opt for Zeri in this composition!
- Top: Santa Gragas
- Jungle: Snow Day Yi
- Mid: Slay Belle Katarina
- Bot: Ambitious Elf Jinx
- Support: Snow Day Bard
Champions like Master Yi, Katarina, and Jinx can quickly snowball and dominate team fights with just a single kill. Gragas and Bard support them by keeping the team safe, protecting key players, and starting fights.
Okay, so this team feels a little risky, kind of like putting money on an esports match. The biggest thing is making sure I’m constantly talking to my support – my ‘Bard’ – because if we’re not on the same page, he could actually hurt our chances of winning! Communication is key, seriously.
