Pitch Perfect Star Leaves Ex-Husband for Steamy Lesbian Love Affair

Actress Anna Camp, known for her role in Pitch Perfect, has recently been spotted sharing a heartfelt kiss with her partner, Jade Whipkey, publicly for the first time following the unveiling of their romantic relationship.

Previously, Camp had been married to her fellow Pitch Perfect cast member, Skylar Astin. However, their marriage ended in 2019, just under three years since their nuptials.

In February, during their TikTok interview, Actress Camp and Whipkey openly shared that they are in a relationship with a woman, expressing joy about it.

This past week, Camp shared a loving Instagram story that had her followers convinced about her relationship with Whipkey, a set stylist.

Currently, they’re showcasing their relationship once more, expressing their love openly while taking a leisurely walk around Los Angeles.

The pair was seen passionately kissing and hugging each other fiercely, reluctantly exchanging a few words and then going separate ways.

Camp donned a sweater in a bright sky-hue, paired perfectly with a waist-high denim pant, as she gathered her famous golden tresses atop her head in an elevated bun.

While he was dressed casually, Whipkey donned a relaxed outfit consisting of a loose t-shirt, roomy denim shorts, a ball cap, and shades.

This week, Whipkey shared an Instagram story featuring Camp set atop a dining table. In the caption, she penned, “Her grin is a verse, her gaze is like roses, her chuckle is melodious for dancing.

Later on, Camp shared the picture to her personal story, making it clear to about a million followers that she and Whipkey are a couple.

The post came shortly after Camp uploaded an image of Whipkey on ‘Date night’ to the platform.

In February, they shared a heartfelt conversation on TikTok’s Mr.Big.USA, discussing their most disastrous individual dating experiences.

Camp remembered a gentleman who arrived 45 minutes behind schedule, only to comment later that she looked more attractive on screen compared to her real-life appearance.

Upon being inquired about her expectations for a first date, she responded, ” frankly, I no longer anticipate anything from a man now since I’m dating a woman, and it’s fantastic,” with Whipkey giving her a warm embrace.

Three years have passed since Camp’s former co-star, Rebel Wilson, announced that she was in a relationship with Ramona Agruma, who is now Camp’s partner.

Later on, it became clear that Wilson chose to reveal her romantic involvement ahead of time, aiming to preempt Sydney Morning Herald’s report – as the paper was already aware of Agruma and planned to publish an article exposing Wilson’s relationship within two days, given that she had never before made her relationships with women public.

Andrew Hornery, a columnist known for gossip, published an article criticizing her for prematurely revealing her own story, thereby overshadowing his exclusive scoop.

The writer, who identifies as gay, encountered a wave of criticism over his article’s tone and issued an apology in response.

The camp gained popularity following the release of the first Pitch Perfect movie in 2012, featuring stars such as Wilson, Anna Kendrick, Skylar Astin, Brittany Snow, and Adam DeVine.

In both Pitch Perfect 2 (released in 2015) and the most recent installment, Pitch Perfect 3 (released in 2017), she remained part of the franchise.

In 2013, Astin and Camp started their romantic relationship, coincidentally being the same year she finalized her divorce from her former spouse, Michael Mosley, who is known for his role in Scrubs, and they got married in 2010.

In September 2016, the pair strolled along the aisle, making their vows during an outdoor wedding ceremony bathed in sunlight, situated on the central coast of California.

By April 2019, they announced they had parted ways mutually and peacefully, and concluded their divorce by the end of the same year.

Following the breakup of her marriage, as reported by People, Camp described the experience as both “terrifying and empowering.

In a 2019 interview, she expressed feeling more authentic and true to herself than ever before. It’s a delicate position, yet incredibly powerful. She feels deeply rooted and connected.
