As a dedicated follower of Pip Edwards‘ journey, I am genuinely moved by her recent transformation, both personally and professionally. Her decision to step back from the Creative Director role at P.E Nation is a testament to her growth as a visionary and her readiness to embrace new creative challenges.
Pip Edwards has revealed she’s slimmer than ever as she lives it up in the European summer.
On a sun-soaked Greek isle this past Wednesday, I was fortunate enough to spend part of my journey and decided to share some authentic moments from it on Instagram as the co-founder of P.E. Nation.
The designer snapped a selfie, capturing an image of herself reflecting in a mirror while dressed in a sleek black bikini, showcasing her well-defined abs and slender arms.
She also wore a black and white scarf on her head and statement sunglasses.
Later, she shared pictures of herself enjoying the European sun in the same bikini.
Her vacation snapshot emerged mere days following the athletic-style fashion icon’s surprising revelation that she is distancing herself, to some extent, from her highly acclaimed brand, P.E Nation.
On Sunday, it was disclosed that although the designer will continue to exert influence at the company, she is stepping down from her role as Creative Director, a position she assumed after Claire Greaves’ departure in March.
After the highly acclaimed and prosperous rebranding of P.E. Nation during Sydney Fashion Week, Pip has decided to step down from her position as Creative Director to explore fresh creative opportunities. This was expressed in a detailed Instagram post.
“I’ve had an amazing journey as the Creative Director of this brand, but it’s time for someone else to take the helm. However, I am still holding onto my position as director at P.E. Nation and a significant portion of its shares. I’ll always cherish and be proud of what we’ve built together. P.E. Nation will forever remain close to me, in my heart and soul.”
As my brand flourished, so did I. In a similar vein as the revival of P.E. Nation, it’s now my turn to embark on a journey of personal renewal and transformation.
Pip expressed gratitude towards the dedicated and fantastic P.E. Nation team and fanbase, both in Australia and worldwide, for making the last ten years an incredible journey of creating, growing, and embracing everything about P.E. Nation. Together, we’ve achieved unforgettable milestones.
In March, it was announced that Claire was relinquishing her role at Pip’s athletic-casual fashion label P.E Nation, leaving Pip to assume the position of the brand’s sole creative director.
The shock decision ended one of Aussie fashion’s longest lasting relationships, and the friends have since been hit by rumours of a falling out.
As a lifestyle enthusiast, I’ve always been proud to collaborate with my exceptional design partner at P.E. Nation. While she took the reins in creating our stunning products, I focused on bringing our brand to life through strategic marketing efforts – a partnership that truly works wonders!
Although he didn’t discuss the specific reasons behind Claire’s departure, Pip shared warm reminiscences about their past collaboration, commending her exceptional design skills and expressing admiration for their effective teamwork.
After Claire left, Pip shared some interesting details about how the business has evolved. He disclosed that a greater number of individuals are now involved in creating the brand’s designs.
Originally, we ignited [P.E Nation] by collaborating, but now there’s a large group involved, including an extended design team with eight members, as she revealed to Jackie O Henderson and Kyle Sandilands.
Currently, P.E Nation announced that Claire is venturing into different creative pursuits and altering the course of her professional journey.
