Pip Edwards returns to Bondi for lunch date with Jackie ‘O’ Henderson following terrifying encounter with gunmen – as their order is revealed

Pip Edwards has returned to Bondi Beach after being caught up in December’s terrorist attack.

The founder of P.E. Nation seemed happy and at ease while having lunch with her close friend, Jackie ‘O’ Henderson, on New Year’s Day.

Pip and a noticeably slimmer Jackie enjoyed a fancy meal at the popular Bondi Icebergs bistro and shared photos and videos on Instagram Stories.

The women enjoyed a meal of salmon ceviche, calamari in black squid ink, mozzarella and pea appetizers, classic cheese and pepper pasta, avocado salad, and fish. They paired it with vin de muscat wine and a lemon-infused butter sauce.

Jackie looked stylish in a camouflage tank top by Ksubi, the brand Pip recently led as creative director.

Pip meanwhile showed off lots of bust in a grey, long-sleeved top with a plunging neckline.

Pip shared a photo of her meal with Jackie and friends, captioning it ‘Best food. Best conversation.’

These two friends have become much closer over the last two years.

The pals rang in 2026 together as they met up to party for New Year’s Eve in Sydney on Wednesday.

Jackie playfully hinted at potential mischief with her outfit: a tank top that said ‘wrong party babe’ and tan cargo pants.

The stylish pair met up with a group of attractive friends at a beautiful waterfront mansion in Sydney, offering a stunning view of the New Year’s Eve fireworks.

Pip has announced she’s taking a break from work to prioritize her health after experiencing a difficult time following last month’s Hanukkah celebration.

A shooting near Bondi Beach left at least 15 people dead and many more injured, causing widespread panic and fear.

Pip shared that she had to hide during the attack, which she described as the most frightening and upsetting day of her life.

People close to the fashion designer say she is still very upset and is focusing on getting better after what happened.

The article states that Pip is stepping down as creative director of Ksubi to take time and rethink what’s most important to her after her time with the brand.

Pip rejoined the well-known company in September 2024, describing it as a significant and satisfying return to where he started.

She had worked at Ksubi many years before, and she and Ksubi’s co-founder, Dan Single, share a teenage son named Justice.

Pip was caught up in the sickening terror attack on Bondi Beach that left 15 innocent people dead.

After a day at the beach, the designer and her friend found themselves in a terrifying situation: trapped under a van while two gunmen were nearby during the attack.
