Pip Edwards goes Instagram official with her new boyfriend as they enjoy a romantic getaway at $5000-a-night resort in Tasmania

Pip Edwards has publicly confirmed her relationship with Sydney businessman Nicholas Nogarotto by sharing photos together on Instagram.

P.E. Nation’s founder is on vacation in Tasmania with her partner, and she shared a photo on Instagram Thursday of them visiting the Museum of Old and New Art (MONA) in Hobart.

The photo, taken from directly above, shows a couple standing together on a floor with a bold pattern of glowing white squares.

The couple appeared to be mid-conversation as they marvelled at the experiential art installation. 

Pip posted a new photo on Friday showing her boyfriend with her friend, well-known interior designer Steve Cordony, while they were at a restaurant.

Pip and Nicholas are enjoying a stay at Saffire Freycinet, a high-end resort on Tasmania’s East Coast, where accommodations can reach $5,000 per night.

The fashion designer posted some stunning photos of her luxurious hotel room, complete with breathtaking views of Hazards Mountains and Great Oyster Bay.

You know, I was just at an event for Biolae at Bondi’s Icebergs, and someone asked how things are going with Nick. I couldn’t help but smile and say, ‘I’m really, really happy!’ It’s just a wonderful time right now.

Nick leads strategy at the consultancy Freshwater Strategy and also serves as a non-executive director for the non-profit Karitane.

He previously led the global consultancy firm CT Group, where he worked for 11 years before leaving his position as executive director in 2022.

Nick’s father, Remo Nogarotto, used to work for CT Group and previously held a leadership position with the Liberal Party in New South Wales.

In November 2018, Remo, who works in business and soccer administration, joined the board of Football Federation Australia (FFA).

Pip publicly revealed she’s dating Nick two weeks ago when they both attended an exclusive Prada party in Sydney.

The couple cleverly matched their outfits – Pip’s white clutch coordinated with the white designer sneakers her boyfriend was wearing.

According to reports, Pip brought ‘Nick’ as her plus one, but a witness saw the previously married business consultant playfully tap her on the rear.

She was rumored to be dating Dylan Hales, a bar owner in New York City originally from Australia, but they never publicly confirmed the relationship.

The couple was photographed enjoying time together in New York City, and a picture posted on Instagram showed Pip riding on the back of Dylan’s bicycle.

Prior to her current relationship, she was with Joshua Clapp, who leads the architecture firm Steel & Switch, from late 2024 to early 2025.

He designed popular spots in Potts Point like Chula, a trendy Mexican restaurant, and Flamingo Lounge, a bar with a 1970s Miami vibe.

She had also been romantically connected to Geoff Bainbridge, a well-known businessman who led Lark Distilling and was one of the first investors in the Grill’d burger restaurant.

In 2021, the fashion entrepreneur was linked to Cameron Northway, who co-owns Rocker, a stylish and relaxed restaurant located on Campbell Parade in North Bondi.

Interestingly, Cameron has been friends for years with Dan Single, who used to be with Pip and is a co-founder of Ksubi. They share a 19-year-old son named Justice Maximus.
