As an ardent follower of the dynamic world of fashion, I can’t help but feel a pang of nostalgia and anticipation as I witness Pip Edwards, the trailblazing designer extraordinaire, embark on her latest adventure amidst the picturesque backdrop of the Greek islands. Her journey is not just a getaway, it’s a testament to her indomitable spirit that has propelled her through the twists and turns of life.

Pip Edwards is enjoying a getaway in the Greek islands after her shock departure from P.E Nation.

The designer, 44, took to Instagram on Thursday to share a series of photos of herself enjoying the sights of Mykonos.

At her seaside lodging, Pip casually displayed her lithe silhouette while donning a minimalistic swimsuit.

Additionally, she posted a photo taken by the poolside, where she donned a stylish black Prada hat with a broad brim and a scarf adorning it beneath.

Other images captured her strolling through the winding alleyways of the isle, revealing glimpses of the enchanting blue-and-white dwellings of a hamlet.

Another picture saw her posing by an ancient wall as the sun set.

In the title of her post, she playfully hinted at sharing additional photos from her vacation in Mykonos, which will be part 1 of many.

Her vacation snippets were shared not long ago, following the surprising declaration by the renowned fashion label P.E Nation’s founder that she is stepping away from the highly successful brand.

Additionally, the fashion label’s co-founder Claire Greaves (previously known as Tregoning) recently opened up about her ‘new phase’ during an interview with Marie Claire magazine.

As a seasoned lifestyle expert who has navigated numerous professional transitions throughout my career, I can confidently say that embarking on a fresh business endeavor, especially after leaving behind a decade-long partnership like my recent departure from Pip, is an exhilarating and slightly nerve-wracking experience. The journey ahead promises new challenges, opportunities for growth, and the chance to make a mark in a different sphere. I’m excited about this change, ready to apply my skills, knowledge, and lessons learned to create something truly unique and meaningful.

She has teamed up with Aussie comedian Celeste Barber to launch a brand new make-up brand called Booie Beauty.

In an interview with Marie Claire, Claire opened up about the fresh start she is embarking on with Celeste, who is 42 years old, providing a glimpse of their professional dynamic.

In the course of her interview with Celeste for the magazine’s lead article, Claire explained that Celeste embodies the creative concepts and the brand, while she, Claire, focuses on establishing and growing the business associated with it.

After their fallout, Claire posed an intriguing query concerning doing business with friends, in light of Edward swiftly erasing any traces of Greaves from P.E Nation’s social media after their separation.

Claire asked Celeste: ‘They say never to go into business with friends, is that true?’

Celeste responded: “I believe we’ve developed a friendship from our professional interactions. I think that’s an intelligent approach – you should enjoy working with the people you collaborate with.”

“Celeste continued to extol the virtues of Claire, commending her for providing reassurance during Celeste’s daring transition from acting to business.”

‘This is a very different thing to what I do in my other life,’ Celeste explained.

Occasionally, I struggle with self-doubt due to my ADHD, which makes my thoughts scatter like leaves in the wind. At times, it can lead me astray. However, Claire has been an incredible source of support, always reminding me with a comforting voice, “Don’t fret, you’ve got this nailed.”

After Claire left, Pip became the sole creative director and redesigned and reintroduced the brand. However, she recently announced her own departure as well.

As a seasoned lifestyle expert with years of experience under my belt, I’ve seen many instances where individuals take a step back from their roles, and I must admit, it can be both a challenging and enlightening time for them. In this particular case, Pip’s decision to relinquish her creative director position resonates deeply with me, as I too have had moments in my career when I felt the need to take a step back and reassess.

After P.E. Nation’s highly acclaimed and thriving rebrand during Sydney Fashion Week, Pip has decided to step down from her position as the Creative Director, in order to explore fresh creative opportunities. This was expressed in a detailed post on Instagram.

Overseeing the brand as Creative Director has been an extraordinary journey for me, and though I’m passing on this role, I continue to hold the directorship at P.E. Nation and a significant portion of its shares. I remain deeply thankful for and proud of all we have accomplished, as P.E. Nation will forever resonate within my heart and soul.

As my brand flourished, so did I. In a similar vein, as P.E. Nation undergoes its renewal, it’s now my turn to embark on my own period of personal reinvention.

She expressed gratitude towards our dedicated, passionate, and fantastic P.E. Nation team and followers, both locally in Australia and globally, for an extraordinary 10-year journey of creating, nurturing, and embodying everything that is P.E. Nation. This collaboration has allowed us to reach remarkable peaks together.

In 2015, Pip and Claire established an athleisure company right here in Sydney. Since then, they’ve nurtured it to become a flourishing global enterprise.
