After relocating to the United States, Pia and Patrick have established their permanent residence in a grand $57 million Tuscan-inspired mansion located in Holmby Hills, Los Angeles. This luxurious property is owned by Patrick himself.

As a lifestyle connoisseur, I must say that this property boasts an exquisite resort-style pool, a picturesque driveway adorned with olive trees, and a thoughtful addition of staff quarters, providing an authentic touch to the overall living experience.

Its secluded location ensures that it remains hidden from public view as it cannot be seen directly from the street.

Holmby Hills is among Los Angeles’ most prestigious residential areas, with a house situated near the $220 million mansion constructed for the late television mogul Aaron Spelling and his wife, Candy Spelling.

Also nearby is the infamous Playboy Mansion once owned by the late Hugh Hefner.

Before settling into their new residence, Pia and Patrick undertook a significant transformation of their house. During this time, they resided in a beautiful oceanfront property in Malibu, where the renovation work was carried out extensively.
