Phoebe Burgess Rocks Orange Bikini, Shows Off Pilates Body at Noosa Beach

Phoebe Burgess has recently become a big fan of Pilates workouts. 

On Monday, the ex-partner of an NRL player flaunted her fitness progress during a beach day at Noosa Main Beach in Queensland.

As a die-hard admirer, I can’t help but gush over the stunning sight of this 36-year-old beauty! She was radiantly fit and fabulous, turning heads as she strutted in a vibrant orange swimsuit that hugged her toned physique like a second skin. Simply breathtaking!

Phoebe carried a multicoloured bodyboard into the surf and had some fun tackling the waves. 

She appeared to go makeup free for the outing but wore a pair of sunglasses into the water. 

The influencer added to her look by wearing her blonde hair down and slicked back with sea water.

In addition to her bohemian-style shell anklet, Phoebe also wore a collection of vibrant, beaded wristbands.

Phoebe brought along her two kids – her seven-year-old daughter Poppy and her five-year-old son Billy – as well as her parents Mitch and Sarah Hooke.

The family relaxed on towels under a blue and white beach cabana which kept them out of the sun.  

Following her swim, Phoebe put on a blue shirt for modesty, paired with a sun hat, and gathered several toys in her arms.

Lately, Phoebe has been offering glimpses into her fitness routine, sharing it with fans on her Instagram account.

As a devoted enthusiast, I recently hopped aboard the wave of popularity surrounding Reformer Pilates by incorporating this equipment into my home workout routine right in my living room.

Phoebe attributes her graceful posture, elegance, strength, and balance to her $2,995 Pilates reformer machine, openly sharing the key to her sculpted figure.

In her ad’s caption, she stated that just as a masterpiece starts with fundamentals, so does it: a suitable workspace, essential equipment, and most importantly, Your Reformer.

Pilates originated in the early 1900s, yet it’s quickly gained popularity, making it one of the most rapidly expanding exercise categories in Australia and New Zealand during the last year or so. Many celebrities vouch for its effectiveness.

In recent times, Phoebe has seen great success in her role as an influencer, which she began after parting ways with her ex-footballer partner, Sam Burgess.

She has two kids with her former Rabbitohs player husband Sam, who is now 35 years old and remarried last year. They share custody of their offspring.

It seems that Sam’s new spouse, Lucy Burgess (formerly Graham), is taking after Phoebe by entering the world of fashion influence as well.

Lately, she’s been displaying her high-end clothing collection on Instagram, similar to how Phoebe has managed to amass a dedicated following for herself.

In a romantic setting at Villa Aurelia in Rome last year, Sam and hairstylist Lucy, aged 33, pledged their commitment to each other surrounded by their dear ones during a heartfelt wedding ceremony.

At the wedding, Lucy adopted the last name Burgess, which is now shared with her husband Sam. Interestingly, Sam’s former wife, Phoebe, chose to retain the same surname, ‘Burgess’, following their separation.

Phoebe hasn’t changed back to her last name, Hooke, as she prefers to share the same family name with their two kids.

Every morning, I drive my cherished little ones to school, proudly displaying a large decal on my vehicle proclaiming our shared family name: Burgess. With three of us Burgesses roaming about, I can’t help but feel an irresistible urge to join the ranks and bear the same moniker myself. That’s what I told Mamamia.

Phoebe referred to her choice as joining a ‘family bond’ and making a ‘personal selection,’ even though she has gone through a divorce.

She assertively declared, “I’m taking responsibility for a part of it. This is my journey, the path that led me here.

7. Back then, I made those choices with all my heart. It’s as if I wear the impact of those choices with a touch of pride.

8. In hindsight, I made those decisions from the depth of my soul. It seems like I flaunt the aftermath of those choices with a hint of pride.

9. At that time, I stood by my decisions. It feels like I show off the outcome as symbols of honor.

In 2015, Sam and Phoebe got married, but they split up towards the end of 2018. For a short while, they tried to rebuild their relationship in early 2019.

In the autumn of that particular year, I made the decision to part ways permanently on the 2nd of October, leading eventually to a divorce. My dear Phoebe and our cherished offspring found a new home in the charming town of Bowral thereafter.

Phoebe now lives with her parents on their sprawling property in the Southern Highlands.

She informed Daily Mail Australia that this action ranks among the wisest choices she’s made, considering the well-being of her two children, in safeguarding their childlike purity and liberty.

‘I learned really early on that there’s a trade off. My kids love the space,’ she said.

Billy owns an electric bicycle, and his father recently constructed an exciting obstacle course for it in the horse paddock. Poppy enjoys spending time outdoors and expressing her creativity.

In the previous year, Phoebe confessed that at one point, she had joined the private, high-profile dating platform known as Raya.

She shared with Stellar Magazine that she had created an account on the platform a few months back, yet paused her activity due to contemplation over her two small kids.

She expressed, “I strive to make sure my kids always know they’re my highest priority. I’m aware of this and it concerns me. I worry they might sometimes perceive otherwise from me.

They are my utmost priority, my foremost concern. There is nothing I would put before them, for they do not warrant any harm or risk.

She expressed her fondness for the independence that came with being a solo parent, stating she wasn’t willing to give that up in favor of being in a romantic relationship.

As a lifestyle guide, I found myself stepping into the role of a single parent just as a global pandemic was unfolding. This unprecedented time, however, also presented an unexpected haven – a place where I could find solace and security amidst the chaos.

She expressed that she prefers not to jeopardize her individual liberties once more, as while being a single parent has its challenging moments, it grants her the power to make decisions for herself.
