I’ve made poor decisions, such as self-medicating, being unfaithful, causing harm to myself, and hurting those I care about deeply.
Throughout my life, I’ve faced numerous challenges, including experiences of sexual abuse in my youth, harmful relationships, and struggles with mental health. However, it’s important to note that I don’t intend for these circumstances to be viewed as excuses, but rather as factors that have shaped who I am today.
Katie went on to say: “I identified my problems and made efforts to move past them. There were times when I didn’t quite make it, but there were also times when I managed to overcome them.
I managed to break free from a dark, suicidal mindset as I cherish my kids deeply and long to remain a presence in their lives.
I certainly don’t claim to be flawless, quite the contrary – I’m striving for self-improvement in every way possible. However, there are individuals who I consider to be exceptional, and some of them have provided guidance and support to me along the way.
However, not all saints portray their true selves as the public might perceive. They meticulously craft an impression that likely requires considerable effort to sustain.
Not all Saints are genuine; some pretend to be innocent victims for personal gain. They often require an ‘antagonist,’ or someone considered morally wrong, to establish their own righteousness.
Occasionally, I find myself growing weary of these paragons of virtue. Yet, perhaps I ought to empathize with their plight; maintaining an image of perfection seems exhausting.
Alright everyone, keep on keeping up the good fight, all you ‘Sinners.’ Keep striving for improvement. And for those of you who are ‘Saints,’ remember it’s alright if you’re not flawless.

2019 saw a court-ordered, legally binding decree regarding our family matters that I’ve chosen not to disclose until now, as a measure of consideration for my kids.
2011 and 2015 marked years where public court records revealed that my former spouse had fabricated claims against me. As a result, she was mandated to compensate significant damages, legal fees, and issue an apology – directed towards me and my management team. Regrettably, the same untruths persist today.
Regrettably, I still need to address several falsehoods and unfounded allegations. Over the next few months, I plan to tackle these issues.
A representative for Katie shared with Daily Mail that Katie is currently feeling significantly improved mentally and has found peace regarding the past situation. Unlike before, Katie isn’t inclined to engage in reciprocal comments about the matter. Instead, she’s handling it appropriately, and her legal team is now managing it. Crucially, Katie will no longer endure manipulation and harassment like she did previously.
