Pete Wicks shares the first look at Vicky Pattison’s bridal dress after 24 hour whirlwind trip to Italy to be flower girl for her wedding to Ercan Ramadan amid Strictly rehearsals
As a dedicated follower who has witnessed Pete Wicks’ journey from reality TV to Strictly Come Dancing, I must say it’s heartwarming to see him take a break from his grueling rehearsals to be a part of Vicky Pattison’s wedding. It just goes to show that even when you’re dancing the American Smooth on national television, your friends are still your priority!
Pete Wicks recently gave a sneak peek of Vicky Pattison’s wedding dress, as he took a quick trip to Italy despite his demanding Strictly Come Dancing practice schedule.
Previously known Strictly Come Dancing contestant, aged 36, is preparing for the American Smooth dance on this weekend’s live show alongside partner Jowita Przystal. Interestingly, she recently took a break from rehearsals to serve as the flower girl at Vicky’s, also 36, and her husband Ercan Ramadan’s wedding ceremony.
On Thursday, Pete posted a heartfelt picture on Instagram from the grand event, referring to his closest companion as one of his most ardent backers.
Vicky’s radiance was undeniable as she donned an elegant, fitted lace gown with long sleeves, boasting a demure train.
Pete, who was sharp in his black outfit, penned: “I can’t express enough pride I feel for you @Vickypattison. Over the past 10 years, you have been not just a friend but also one of my strongest advocates. I consider myself incredibly fortunate and grateful to have you as a friend.
‘You are a wonderful person and have always been there for me, my life is better with you in it.
‘This is your day and you deserve it more than anyone. Congratulations’,
Vicky, filled with emotion, expressed: “You’ve never made me feel more thankful. I’m aware of the effort you put in alongside Jowita Przystal, and it’s amazing to see you give up a few hours for me. My love for you grows x “.
Jowita commented with five heart face emojis.
In addition, Pete posted on his Instagram stories to indicate that he was taking time out to rehearse the sequence, using the caption: ‘Enjoying a day of rest!’
Vicky and Eran tied the knot officially in Marylebone in August, surrounded by their loved ones.
On Wednesday, they got remarried in Puglia, and the entire occasion was filmed for E4’s fresh series titled “Vicky Pattison: A Grand Geordie Wedding.
During a conversation about remarrying, Vicky shared with Lorraine that she is currently less anxious compared to her previous wedding, and she disclosed that she and Pete were unaware he would participate in the BBC competition when they first got together.

She mentioned, “Upon discovering that he was performing on Strictly, we had previously arranged for him to attend our wedding. As a result, he will be quickly flying in and out.

After Pete and Jowita finish learning their Strictly dance for week two, which was the Paso Doble set to The Prodigy’s Breathe on Saturday, they move on to the next task.
Following the performance on Saturday’s show, Pete felt let down when the judges only awarded him a score of 17.
