Perrie Edwards Reveals Her Fear of Dying and Plans to Expand Her Family

Perrie Edwards has spoken candidly about her struggle with panic disorder, revealing that she often worries about the possibility of her own mortality.

Previously part of the band Little Mix, now aged 31, confessed that she struggles with solitude due to worries about experiencing a potentially dangerous panic attack in the absence of others who can assist her during such an episode.

In an interview with Alison Hammond during Big Weekend, Perrie shared her home and candidly discussed how anxiety has impacted her daily routines.

Perrie explained: “I’ve been diagnosed with panic disorder, which means an intense fear or anxiety about experiencing a panic attack. A couple of years back, I began to endure frequent and severe panic attacks.

After that, I began to dread the possibility of another instance occurring due to the thought that if I were alone and had a panic attack, there might not be anyone around to assist me in case it turns critical.

She openly stated, “So that’s why I’m always accompanied. Always. There’s always someone by my side. I dislike the sensation of thinking I might perish.

In the same conversation, Perrie expressed her desire to grow her family further following the birth of her son, Axel, in 2021 alongside her partner Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

Inquiring about whether Axel will be joined by another companion while Alex is working away, Alison wondered: ‘Will there be another addition to the sleeping arrangements?’

I desire even more! Four has been my dream, but I understand now that it might be too much given our current circumstances, as I realize we can no longer travel by car.

‘You just get a bigger car, don’t you?’ Alison responded.

Perrie replied: ‘I don’t want to. I had a dream the other night that I was pregnant.’

‘Should we go and get a pregnancy test?’ Alison joked, to which Perrie said: ‘Could you imagine.’

Lately, Perrie has shared some details about her personal life, disclosing that her son is close pals with the kids of her fellow Little Mix members.

She shared a sweet Instagram picture of her son hanging out with Leigh-Anne Pinnock’s twin girls.

Perri, along with her future husband Alex the soccer player, couldn’t help but express that welcoming Axel was an absolutely wonderful event in her life.

Leigh-Anne and her spouse Andre Gray became parents to their unnamed twins about five days prior to Perrie.

In a charming snapshot, Perrie could be found huddled on the floor, embracing Axel. Leigh-Anne stood nearby, clutching her two children close to her.

The former Little Mixers beaming from ear-to-ear as their tiny tots enjoyed a play date.

Axel looked adorable dressed in a mini Beşiktaş football kit – the team his father plays for.
