The popular early 2000s romantic comedy 13 Going on 30, starring Jennifer Garner, is being remade. Jennifer Garner will also be an executive producer on the new film, working with Netflix.
Although the story is still under wraps, Emily Bader and Logan Lerman will play the main characters. Brett Haley is directing the film, and Hannah Marks wrote the screenplay.
This new film will be Bader’s second romantic comedy for the streaming service, building on the popularity of her previous hit, People We Meet on Vacation. The movie, set to release in 2026, is based on the bestselling book by Emily Henry and is again directed by Haley.
