A clip of actor Pedro Pascal has caused a stir online once more due to his touchy-feely behavior, as footage of him touching Willem Dafoe’s wife reappeared.

In a more conversational style: At the unveiling of his Hollywood star in January 2024, the 70-year-old co-star of Pascal, who turned 50 and gained attention for comforting his glamorous colleagues during panic episodes by holding their hands, was left taken aback.

It appears that their shared experiences have helped strengthen their bond, as evidenced by numerous instances where Vanessa, aged 38, and Pedro have been seen offering mutual support in public settings.

Recently, during an interview with Buzzfeed, the actress, wearing a blue gown, wrapped her arm around Pedro and gently ran her fingers through his beard, showing a tender display of affection.

On numerous occasions, the movie stars have shown a profound bond of friendship. This past week, during their interview with Heart, they once more appeared exceptionally intimate and closely connected.

Approximately two weeks ago at the Fantastic Four premiere in Los Angeles, Pedro was photographed gently touching his co-star’s baby bump while they both posed enthusiastically for photos on the red carpet.

Public demonstrations of affection have ignited conversations on social media, as some observant fans label their relationship as somewhat “unusual.

However, it was also noted by some supporters that Vanessa was simply attempting to alleviate Pedro’s worries.

‘Folks, let’s all stay composed. Pedro has an anxiety disorder, and he finds comfort when he can either touch things or have physical contact with others. This helps him relax.’

In an interview last year, Vanessa openly discussed providing support for her friend Pedro during challenging times marked by anxiety.

After being seen holding hands during their appearance at San Diego Comic-Con last year, Vanessa explained to Vanity Fair that: ‘We were both extremely anxious about performing in front of thousands of fans who adore the comic book.’

The Gladiator 2 star has indeed been candid about his struggles with anxiety throughout his career.

Last month, Pedro shared his strategies for managing anxiety during a conversation with Men’s Health, revealing insights into how he handles tough situations.

He mentioned that during the summer of 2020, with the isolation and increased use of video calls and phone conversations, he observed himself making a greater effort to be more interactive. Previously, he had lost opportunities for engagement in various ways.

In high school, I used to chat so freely with my friends, but after some time, it seems like we just lost touch and didn’t continue our conversations anymore.

I’ve clung tightly to this, it has been a constant for me. Whenever I encounter something difficult or stressful, I tend to seek support.
