Payday 3 ‘Chapter 3: Houston Breakout’ Will Take You to the Courthouse Next Week
As a seasoned Payday veteran with countless hours under my belt, I can confidently say that I’m thoroughly excited for the upcoming ‘Chapter 3: Houston Breakout‘ expansion! The prospect of busting Houston, a fellow OG gang member, out of custody has me itching to get back into the action.
Next week, Payday 3 is expected to launch its third downloadable content (DLC) expansion titled ‘Chapter 3: Houston Breakout’. This new adventure will transport you to a courthouse for an exciting heist where you’ll be tasked with freeing Houston, a former member of the original Payday 2 gang and the brother of team leader Dallas, from custody.
In the Houston Breakout installment, you’ll encounter a fresh mission called Courthouse Heist, along with an exciting Weapon Bundle featuring three novel weapons, 19 modifications, two visual enhancements, and a Tailor Pack boasting four unique masks, suits, and gloves to customize your robbers.
With the release of the Houston Breakout expansion, players can expect a significant free upgrade that introduces an additional jewellery heist mission called ‘Diamond District’, as well as the Tribune 32 sidearm weapon, a Trip Laser Gadget, four brand-new masks, a new consumable system, and summer-themed Twitch rewards like drops and daily challenges.
Houston Breakout to debut on August 19th for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC. It will be sold separately or as part of the Gold Edition and Gold Pass, which grants access not only to this new chapter but also to the previously released content such as ‘Syntax Error’ and ‘Boys in Blue’ DLC chapters.
