Paulina Porizkova recently shared a photo of herself in underwear to promote body positivity, encouraging her followers to accept their own perceived flaws.
Okay, so, I’m obsessed with Kasia Struss, right? And yesterday… wow. She just broke Instagram. It started with this adorable little ‘getting ready’ video – she’s engaged to this writer, Jeff, which is amazing! – but then it became something more. It was like, a total moment of her just being real and owning who she is. Honestly, it was a lesson in loving yourself, and coming from her, it was just… everything. I’ve watched it like, ten times already!
I was honestly captivated by the video. She just effortlessly dropped her robe and posed in her lingerie, completely owning her space and showing off her figure from every angle. It was incredibly confident and striking.
She wrote that she expects people will notice her imperfections and hopefully feel relieved knowing she isn’t striving for a flawless appearance.
She continued, ‘Then, take a moment to be kind to yourself and embrace your flaws with love. It’s our imperfections that make each of us uniquely wonderful.’
After feeling energized, she quickly got comfortable in a sweater and jeans, put in her contacts, and tied her hair back—a simple routine for winding down at home.

This honest sharing comes after Porizkova recently thought about getting older—and the unexpected parts of her body she appreciates more now that she’s 60.
Having worked as a model for many years, she admits she used to feel like she had to promote a very specific, youthful idea of beauty. Now, she’s enjoying the sense of liberation that comes with getting older.
In a Harper’s Bazaar interview, she revealed her favorite new feature is her hair.
‘I love my gray hair,’ she said, noting it still ‘requires maintenance, believe it or not.’
‘But I feel very good about my hair.’
She described the greatest benefit of growing older as the point when you truly become your authentic self.
‘And perhaps that’s not always a happy finding,’ she admitted.
She thinks that if you live your life prioritizing relationships, connection, and love, you’ll be happy with the person you ultimately become.

Celebrating a significant birthday, she shared that while she doesn’t feel any younger, she definitely feels more mentally alert.
I don’t necessarily feel any younger with each passing year, but I definitely feel more intelligent, insightful, and improved as a person. That’s how I’m marking 60 years!
When asked what keeps her feeling youthful, Porizkova laughed at her own answer.
She said, “Hope.” And how do you build hope? By practicing gratitude. It sounds like something you’d see on Instagram, and honestly, it’s pretty accurate.
She expressed a similar idea last year in an interview with People, saying that one of the best parts of getting older is becoming less concerned with the opinions of others.
It’s a feeling of finally prioritizing yourself after years of putting others first – a sense of, ‘I’ve spent 50 years helping everyone else, now it’s time to focus on my own needs.’
At the time, she insisted she’s living her prime.
“I feel better than ever,” she explained. “I don’t apologize for getting older, and I refuse to let anyone think wrinkles mean I’m past my best. This is me, fully realized and at my strongest.”

In July, Porizkova announced her engagement to Greenstein after more than two years of dating.
They initially met on the exclusive dating app Raya. Greenstein is a TV professional – a writer, producer, and director – and is known for leading the shows Will & Grace and the ’90s series Dream On.
Back in November, she celebrated their relationship with a heartfelt tribute.
Honestly, it took me almost sixty years to finally find him! It’s been a long journey of figuring out who I am, what really matters to me, and then… there he was. It was like everything finally clicked into place after all that self-discovery.
