While she’s careful with what she eats, Paula makes sure to indulge every now and then. 

As a devoted adherent, I relish vegan pizzas, opting for plant-based ingredients instead of dairy, and while I do indulge in occasional sweet treats, I strive to maintain moderation in my consumption.

As a committed fitness enthusiast, I kick-start my morning at the gym. I devote 30 minutes to cardiovascular exercises, and then spend an hour under the guidance of my personal trainer, focusing on strength training.

Following her workout at the gym, the American Idol celebrity typically dedicates around 90 minutes to rehearsing dance routines for her stage show. Subsequently, she sets aside approximately an hour to engage in isometric exercises and stretching sessions with a physical therapist, preparing her body for upcoming performances.

Paula’s workout regimen consistently pushes her limits by introducing various exercises designed for distinct muscle areas, such as the intense head-turning inverted ab crunches.

Beyond focusing on diet and physical activity, Paula’s straightforward advice for maintaining a stunning appearance is always to remove makeup before going to sleep.
