Paul Weller’s sister wades into his row with Jodie Marsh as she SUPPORTS the glamour model after her furious rant at the rocker over ‘unofficial’ memorabilia

Paul Weller’s sister has taken sides in his dispute with Jodie Marsh, publicly backing the model after she angrily criticized him for selling items that weren’t officially authorized.

On Wednesday, Jodie had a heated argument with Paul after attempting to sell his collectibles online to benefit Fripps Farm.

Okay, so here’s the scoop: a former model recently announced she was auctioning off some Paul Weller memorabilia – things like a gold disc, signed posters, and concert tickets. But it turns out Paul Weller’s team has put out a statement clarifying that he doesn’t support or endorse this auction. Just wanted to keep you all in the loop if you were thinking of bidding!

Paul recently posted on X (formerly Twitter) to clarify that an online auction claiming to offer competition prizes and memorabilia is not authorized by or affiliated with him.

Jodie, who runs an animal sanctuary in Essex and cares for 400 rescued animals, publicly criticized the 67-year-old musician on Instagram, claiming he’s distancing himself from her because she’s friends with Nigel Farage.

In a surprising development, Paul’s sister, Wendy, has come to Jodie’s defense, stating the raffle is legitimate and providing a link for those who want to learn more.

She shared photos of the raffle prizes, explaining that all proceeds would benefit the animals. The prizes include her dad’s gold record for the song ’22 Dreams’, a poster signed by the band Pw, and a signed photograph by Lawrence Watson and Paul.

‘Please enter by paying £5 to Fripps paypal – info@frippsfarm.com – good luck.’

Jodie quickly responded to accusations from Paul Weller in a post that has since been removed. She explained that Weller was upset she was friends with Nigel Farage and had therefore withdrawn from an auction.

It’s disappointing that we can’t simply accept each other’s differences – everyone should be able to have their own thoughts, friends, and make their own choices with mutual respect.

‘I think that’s very sad. But I can assure you the auction is real.

It’s understandable if he doesn’t want to voice public support. However, it’s disheartening, especially considering how consistently I’ve championed, helped, and admired him over the years.

It seems like some people focus more on how they appear to others than on what’s genuinely important in life.

It’s disappointing that Paul, despite his dedication to helping Gaza, seems unwilling to publicly support a cause that affects our own community. It’s a shame he won’t extend that same support locally.

Paul is dedicated to helping people in Gaza by organizing fundraising concerts. For example, he’s planning the ‘Gig for Gaza’ in 2025 to benefit Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) and Gaza Forever.

Jodie stated the items were official merchandise, originally owned by Paul’s father, John, who also managed the singer. She said the auction was held with Nicky’s approval.

The television personality said Fripps Farm really needed donations to help support the animals.

Daily Mail has contacted Paul’s representatives for a comment.

Jodie decided to start Fripps Farm after her mother, Kristina, sadly passed away from cancer in September 2020. Losing her mother gave Jodie the motivation she needed to finally pursue her dream.

Jodie previously shared with the Daily Mail that her mother’s health deteriorated rapidly after becoming ill. Because it was during the COVID-19 pandemic, and hospitals weren’t accepting cancer patients at the time, Jodie and her father cared for her at home.

It was a truly awful experience. I stopped working and put my life on hold to care for my mother, and watching her pass away made me realize how precious and fleeting life is.

I don’t understand why I’d take on another TV appearance, photoshoot, or anything similar, because those things aren’t what I truly want or what would bring me joy in life.

My dream has always been to run an animal sanctuary – it’s the one thing that would truly make me happy, and it’s been my ultimate goal for as long as I can remember.

It wasn’t a hard decision for Jodie to step away from the limelight.

By her own admission, ‘I hated being famous. If I had money no one would ever see me again!’
