Paul Walker’s daughter Meadow, 27, pays homage to dad 12 years after tragic death

Meadow Walker paid tribute to her late father Paul Walker on social media on Sunday.

To commemorate the 12th anniversary of her father’s passing, the model, 27, shared three childhood photos of them together. She was recently seen in New York City this summer.

The caption read: ’12 years without you… I love you forever.’

I absolutely loved the recent photos! They showed Meadow casually perched on the kitchen counter, looking so relaxed in a simple white tee and pink pants. And Paul was right there with her, rocking a yellow trucker hat and a blue t-shirt – they looked so cute and comfortable together!

He gave a young child, Meadow, a plate of cupcakes, and they shared a sweet and charming moment together.

One precious picture showed the dad-daughter duo leaning in for a kiss.

Oh my gosh, Meadow is like family to Vin Diesel and Ludacris! It’s so sweet – she’s super close to them, practically grew up with them alongside my fave, Paul. They’re all like one big, amazing family, and it warms my heart to see how much they care for her, especially after everything. It’s just… perfect!

Earlier this year, 58-year-old Vin Diesel caused a stir among fans when he revealed that Paul Walker, who tragically died in a car accident in 2013, will be featured in the last Fast & Furious movie.

He shared the news while at Fuel Fest in Pomona, California, as he was outlining what he wants from Universal Pictures for the next film.

I was talking with the studio, and they asked me, ‘Vin, how about we aim for April 2027 for the final Fast & Furious movie?’ So, yeah, that’s the release date we’re working towards, and I’m excited for everyone to finally see it!

He went on to explain his requirements: bringing the franchise back to Los Angeles, and returning to its roots in car culture and street racing.

Vin explained that bringing Dom and Brian O’Conner back together was the third important element, referring to the storylines of their characters and Paul’s.

He didn’t reveal exactly how Paul Walker’s character would reappear in future films, but it would probably involve his brothers, Cody and Caleb. They previously stood in for Paul during filming of Furious 7 in 2015, allowing filmmakers to digitally add his face to complete scenes.

Fans reacted with disappointment to the announcement on social media. One user, @sharon_riley35, expressed their frustration, saying the plan felt like a way to profit from grief and disrespect Paul Walker’s memory.

Twitter user @HdRozay expressed their opinion that Brian O’Conner, Paul Walker’s character in the Fast & Furious movies, should remain deceased, stating he received a fitting farewell and shouldn’t be resurrected in future films.

Meadow, who is the only child of the late leading man, regularly pays tribute to her dad online.

She shared a photo of them on Father’s Day with the message, ‘Happy Father’s Day to my guardian angel.’

Oh my gosh, where do I even begin? He was just… everything. The most amazing dad, always showing me the ropes, but also my absolute best friend. I lean on his advice even now, and honestly, I miss him like crazy. Every single day feels a little dimmer without my sunshine around. I love him so, so much.

In September, to mark what would have been his 52nd birthday, she shared a black and white photo of herself as a child, sitting on her father’s lap outside.

She added the note, ‘Happy birthday daddy. I love you endlessly and miss you every day.’
