Paris Ow-Yang’s Navy Seal Ex Celebrates Legal Win After Rape Charge Dropped
EXCLUSIVE
Previously acquitted boyfriend of the OnlyFans star Paris Ow-Yang, who had faced rape allegations, has secured another court victory, approximately four months following his first acquittal.
Initially, Rocket Stickney was scheduled for a trial in February over charges of non-consensual sexual activity. However, unexpectedly, the accusation against him was dismissed.
In June of 2023, allegations were brought against Stickney for an act of rape that reportedly took place in Glebe, a district within Sydney’s city center. However, specific details about this alleged crime have remained confidential.
The accusation against Stickney lingered for a period of 18 months, but in November last year, it was entirely dropped by the Crown.
The 29-year-old was temporarily restricted under a protective order due to allegations of violence against a woman, whom he was suspected of raping.
Originally, the police were planning to seek confirmation of an order in court at the Downing Centre Local Court on Tuesday. However, they decided to withdraw this request.
On multiple occasions, Ow-Yang was captured in photos alongside Stickney, a man rumored to have served, or previously served, in the U.S. Navy SEAL team.
On December 7th, I found myself walking through the charming streets of Bondi, accompanied by a 20-year-old model and her esteemed father, Dr. Michael Ow-Yang.

In February, it was disclosed towards the end of the month by Daily Mail Australia that the pair had ended their relationship, which had only begun a few months prior.
A lawyer representing Ow-Yang characterized Stickney as a “steadying force” during court proceedings involving multiple domestic violence accusations against Ow-Yang.
On December 11, Ow-Yang was found guilty for his actions involving physical violence, threatening behavior, and damaging property valued around $1,500, during an episode of intoxication.
In the evening of November 7, around 9 PM, Waverley Local Court was told that Ow-Yang had arrived unannounced at her mother Amanda’s home in Double Bay and behaved erratically in an alarming episode which she herself couldn’t remember.
As a fervent admirer, I might rephrase it like this: In a fit of rage, I found myself repeatedly hurling profanities at my mother, followed by a chilling threat to end my own life, and ultimately driving two sharp kitchen knives into the very heart of our home’s floor.
Lawyer Michael Bowe stated that his client had numerous psychological issues, which originated from the divorce of her parents during childhood.
Over the course of time, Ow-Yang was found to be suffering from a range of health issues such as depression, anxiety, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and an eating disorder.
I found myself resorting to harmful behaviors such as self-mutilation, excessive drinking, and impulse buying due to the profound grief, shock, and trauma that I experienced. These actions became compulsive for me as a means to cope with my pain.

Mr. Bowe mentioned that Ow-Yang has around 1.3 million followers on TikTok and approximately 350,000 followers on Instagram, yet he failed to bring up her OnlyFans account which she established upon reaching adulthood in a private school setting.
He mentioned that Ow-Yang experienced a succession of mental health issues, triggered by her parents’ separation when she was approximately thirteen years old.
She hadn’t fully healed after the breakup, and her struggles were not alleviated by a short-lived romance with the 44-year-old club owner, Julian Tobias.
Tobias broke up with Ow-Yang shortly after they came back from a vacation abroad last year, only a few months into their relationship.
At that point in time, it was believed by an informed source that the bond between Ow-Yang and the other person, which started when he was 17, was likely doomed due to their lack of shared interests.
In October 2023, Ow-Yang attributed a car accident he was involved in to the intense emotional distress caused by his romantic relationship unexpectedly ending.
For nearly nine hours, Ow-Yang numbed her feelings of sorrow and agony with alcohol, leading to her crashing her $50,000 black Mercedes into a luxury Mercedes valued at $150,000 in the upscale neighborhood of Point Piper.
She subsequently blew 0.213 – more than four times the legal limit for a P-plater.

In simpler terms, Ow-Yang was found guilty of drunk driving with a high blood alcohol content and was fined $1,000, as well as given a two-year probation sentence.
In Waverley Local Court, Mr. Bowe stated that Miss Ow-Yang now has a new partner, whom he chose not to disclose, yet testified that this individual is offering assistance as she endeavors to reorganize her life.
Mr. Bowe stated to Magistrate Paul Mulroney that she currently has a partner who serves in the U.S. military; he provides a steady influence, but it’s important to note that her previous partner was not like this one.
‘I’ve spoken to him on the phone and he seems like a pretty good bloke.’
In simpler terms, Mr. Bowe advised Mr. Mulroney against finding her guilty on charges of common assault, intimidation, and damaging property, since she had admitted guilt for these offenses.
‘She’s only 19,’ he said. ‘She’s got the world in front of her.’
Mr Mulroney agreed to Mr Bowe’s request and instead imposed a 15-month conditional release order.
Previously, Stickney was characterized as a part of the United States Naval Special Warfare unit, known as SEAL teams, which operates independently from the Army.

He was not in court and it was not revealed what he is doing in Australia.
Since mid-2023, Stickney has been barred from leaving the country, following accusations of rape.
In the month of July that particular year, he initially appeared before a judge in Parramatta, charged with one allegation of engaging in non-consensual sexual activity.
Four later he became the subject of an apprehended violence order to protect the alleged victim.
As a devoted admirer, let me share that due to the terms of his bail, I’ve learned that Stickney is required to relinquish his American passport. He’s also prohibited from departing Australia under any circumstances and barred from seeking another travel document for international journeys.
Every Wednesday, he had to check-in at the Bondi police station, reside at an assigned residence, and avoid any communication with the claimed rape victim or any witnesses testifying for the prosecution.
Last February, Stickney denied the rape allegation, a stance he maintained in April during his arraignment at the Downing Centre District Court.
The court hearing for this case was scheduled for February 24th, however, when Stickney stood before Judge John Pickering on November 26th, the prosecution decided to drop the charges against him.
A spokeswoman for the DPP said the office would not be explaining why the charge was dropped.
She stated that the rationale behind dropping the case is determined based on prosecution policies, and this reasoning is protected by law as confidential.
‘As such, we politely decline to comment.’
