The 45-year-old woman, who celebrated her birthday in the Caribbean on February 17th, looked amazing in photos taken by Brian Ziff.
Hilton posed strategically to protect her modestly while wearing close to nothing.
She wore long, stone-colored opera gloves and white stockings that reached her knees, and she accessorized with a light pink feather boa.
The mogul accessorized with two stacked diamond choker necklaces and huge diamond stud earrings.
‘InĀ my birthday suit,’ the striking post to her nearly 27 million followers was captioned.
She had long, blonde hair that reached her waist, styled with layered bangs that framed her face. The style was created by well-known hair stylist Abena.
The dainty, hyper-feminine set ā created by artistĀ Keli Ma ā consisted of satin baby pink drapes.
Adding to the fantastical element were matching sheets, pillows, and a retro lamp.
Paris Hilton recently shared a celebratory message following a vow renewal ceremony with her husband, Carter Reum, marking five years of marriage.
She recently shared pictures from their family vacation in Turks and Caicos, including a sweet moment when Reum proposed to her again.
‘Five years laterā¦ and he still makes my heart skip a beat,’ she began her Instagram caption.
She shared that her partner proposed to her again on Valentineās Day while they were in Turks & Caicos, just a few days before her birthday, and she happily accepted!
The longtime couple are parents to son Phoenix, three, and daughter London, two.
Paris continued her touching message, explaining that they had become parents. She described their children, Phoenix and London, witnessing the love that brought them into the world.

Hilton and Reum originally tied the knot in 2021.
They first met in their twenties, but didn’t start seeing each other again until 2019. Reumās sister, Halle Hammond, brought them together by inviting them both to Thanksgiving dinner.
Reum popped the question during a celebratory vacation to mark Hilton’s 40th birthday.
Their nuptials took place in November 2021 at the heiress’ late grandfather’s Bel-Air estate.
