Palworld December Update Set to Add a New Island ‘Six Times’ the Size of Sakurajima
As a seasoned gamer with decades of gaming under my belt, let me tell you, the news about Palworld’s upcoming update has sent a thrill down my virtual spine! I remember the days when six times the size of Sakurajima would have been the entire world to explore in a game. Now, here we are, expanding the horizon once again.
In December, it’s been revealed by Developer Pocketpair that the game Palworld will be getting another significant upgrade. This update is set to introduce a new island, reportedly approximately six times larger than Sakurajima, an island that was introduced during the summer update in the game.
As an enthusiast, I’m thrilled to share that the upcoming open-world monster catching survival game I’m eagerly anticipating will unveil a new island teeming with “powerful tower bosses” and a variety of “ferocious” new Pal species. Plus, in 2025, the game – Palworld – is set to collaborate with the popular crafting adventure title, Terraria, which has astoundingly sold over 60 million copies!
More details are on the horizon concerning the anticipated Terraria crossover. You’ll soon get additional information about the huge new island and the significant patch it’s expected to bring, leading up to its launch in December. At this point, a specific date for the update hasn’t been announced yet.
Palworld is available for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, and PC.
