Paddy McGuinness revealed his toned physique on Saturday, showcasing the results of his impressive weight loss journey.
The 52-year-old TV presenter is showing off his transformation with before-and-after photos, after completing the 75-day 75 Hard fitness challenge.
Honestly, I was shocked when Paddy admitted how much he’d fallen off the wagon! He’d been really enjoying himself with beer and sweets, and it definitely showed. It’s so easy to overdo it, isn’t it? He was a little disappointed in himself, but we all slip up sometimes!
Okay, so I’ve been really focusing on my health lately – a better diet and consistent gym time – and I wanted to share the results! I posted a couple of photos on Instagram showing my progress, and honestly, I’m feeling great. It’s all about putting in the work and seeing the payoff, and I’m excited to keep it going.
Honestly, I was shocked when I saw Paddy’s ‘before’ photo. He said he just couldn’t believe how much he’d let things slip. Apparently, that picture was taken after less than two months of really indulging – he was going for beer, cakes, and biscuits whenever he could! It’s a real wake-up call, seeing how quickly things can change.
‘The effect it had on my body, and more importantly my mind, was staggering.’

He said he’ll share the complete time-lapse video, showing 75 days of progress, on Monday. He believes it’s incredible how much can be accomplished in a little over two months, as long as you’re determined.
‘I thoroughly enjoyed taking on the Hard 75 challenge, and now I’m on the lookout for the next one!
Programs like the Hard 75 are definitely demanding, but if you have even a little bit of determination, it’s worth trying something new.
This popular fitness trend challenges people to work out at the gym twice a day and drink a lot of water, all with the goal of getting in shape in about two and a half months.
Andy Frisella, an American author and podcaster, developed this challenging plan in 2019. It’s designed to help people achieve significant physical and mental improvements through five core principles.
According to Frisella’s website, the most important part of the program is doing two 45-minute workouts each day, tailored to your current fitness level.
To improve mental well-being, participants need to drink about 4.5 liters of water each day (roughly eight pints), stop drinking alcohol, eat a healthy diet, and spend at least 10 minutes daily reading non-fiction.
Paddy and his ex-wife Christine spent Christmas together for the sake of their three children.

The TV personality and model, age 37, revealed they were separating in July 2022 after being married for 11 years. Since then, they’ve been publicly sharing how they’re working together to raise their children and continue to live in the same house.
Paddy recently shared in an interview that he and his ex-partner will celebrate the holidays together, prioritizing their three children: 11-year-old twins Penelope and Leo, and their seven-year-old daughter, Felicity.
He told The Sun he sympathizes with people going through breakups, saying separations are difficult for everyone involved.
If you can end a relationship and still maintain a friendly connection, prioritizing your children’s well-being, that’s a really positive outcome.
He confirmed they would spend Christmas together, explaining that their children are close to both sides of the family and always enjoy seeing their relatives.
