Paddington live experience in London is getting a festive makeover
As a gamer with a soft spot for nostalgia and a penchant for immersive experiences, I can hardly contain my excitement about the upcoming Christmas edition of The Paddington Bear Experience! Having grown up with the loveable bear from Peru, it’s heartening to see him continue to captivate audiences.
Paddington’s live experience is getting a Christmas makeover this festive season.
The Paddington Bear Experience first launched in London last year, taking fans on an immersive experience into the world of the iconic bear.
Starting from next month, it’s official that the upcoming event will bring some holiday cheer. Expect to see a 5.5 meter tall Christmas tree adorned with decorations, along with traditional festive goodies like gingerbread paws, mince pies, and orange hot chocolate.

The experience takes fans through notable locations, including Paddington Station and the Browns’ house, with fans taking part in multi-sensory activities as they help the family prepare for The Marmalade Day Festival.
Starting this coming Saturday, November 16, the special Christmas edition will be unveiled at County Hall in London. It will continue through the holiday season, lasting until Sunday, January 5, and welcoming the New Year.
Just before the upcoming release of “Paddington 3: Paddington in Peru” next month, the storyline finds our beloved bear embarking on a journey through his homeland with the Brown family and Mrs. Bird by his side, embarking on an exciting adventure together.
As a devoted fan, I’m thrilled to share that starting this month, I can revisit the delightful world of Paddington by catching the first two movies on the big screen again! Plus, adding to the excitement, life-sized hand-painted statues of our beloved bear are popping up across the UK as part of the Paddington Visit event. Can’t wait to join in the fun!
Additionally, plans are underway for both a fourth Paddington film and a television show as we approach his 70th anniversary in 2028.
At the Brand Licensing Europe 2024 conference, StudioCanal’s CEO of kids and family, Françoise Guyonnet, hinted last month about upcoming projects: “We are currently developing a new TV series and a movie that will be released in 2027 and 2028,” (as reported by The Hollywood Reporter)).
“The big event for the StudioCanal family is the release of Paddington in Peru,” she added.
Paddington in Peru opens in cinemas on November 8.
