Paddington in Peru has set a new UK box office record after a successful opening weekend.

On the 8th of November, the third installment of Paddington graced cinema screens throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland, earning a whopping £9.7 million during its first weekend at the box office.

Specifically, it surpassed the initial openings of Paddington with £5.1 million and Paddington 2 with £8.3 million.
