This special event is only available in China. Beyond just the character outfits, other cosmetic items like player profiles, nameplates, sprays, and weapon accessories will also be exclusive to the region, according to a report from OWCavalry on X.
Chinese players have received special in-game content before. Earlier this year, they were the first to participate in a new event called Loverwatch.
Later in the year, Blizzard Entertainment hinted at a special event for the Talon organization, but it would only be available in certain regions. A Reddit post revealed the event included new character skins and collectible loot boxes.
Even though these special events were initially limited to China, players worldwide will soon be able to unlock new Talon and Hello Kitty skins in Overwatch Season 1. Plus, a fresh set of Battle Pass skins will be available to collect.
