It’s time to earn some shiny, new Drive Signatures in Overwatch 2.

A new season of Overwatch 2 is almost here, and with it comes the Competitive Drives event! Here’s a breakdown of everything you need to know, including the rewards you can unlock and use as you move into Season 19.

Overwatch 2 Season 18 Competitive Drives

Test your skills in Competitive Play to increase your Drive Score and earn Competitive Points and Drive Signatures. Season 18 ends and Season 19 begins on October 14th, so make sure to compete before then!

Right now, you can earn Drive Score by completing certain checkpoints, which save your progress even if you don’t win. Winning a match gives you 210 points, while losing results in a point deduction of up to 63, depending on how far you’ve progressed. If you’re playing with a group, you’ll get an extra 50 Drive Score points for each win.

  • 1,000 Drive Score: Drive Signature
  • 1,600 Drive Score: 1,000 Competitive Points
  • 2,200 Drive Score: Advanced Drive Signature
  • 3,000 Drive Score: 1,500 Competitive Points
  • 4,000 Drive Score: Elite Drive Signature

The latest ones are seriously awesome – they’re purple with this glowing pink detail, and they actually sparkle! Plus, they’ve got this metallic border around them that makes them look super futuristic. Honestly, they remind me a lot of Sojourn’s mythic skin, which is a huge compliment!
