Overwatch 2 Moira bug has players horrified yet amused: “I was the Genji and that was my exact reaction when she did this in my face.”

Right now, there’s an amusing glitch with Moira in Overwatch 2. This happens when you put on the Masked Dancer Moira skin along with the Facepalm emote.

This week saw the arrival of Overwatch 2’s mid-season update, but instead of the usual gameplay, players have found themselves amused by a humorous Moira glitch. Some players have chosen to steer clear of this bug in Overwatch 2, while others are finding delight in the pandemonium it stirs up.

Overwatch 2 Moira bug

In an Overwatch 2 game, when you’re controlling Moira, you can use her Facepalm emote to give the impression that she’s taller than her regular height. To do this effectively, ensure that Moira is wearing the Masked Dancer skin. This effect is due to a glitch involving Moira’s emotes, causing her to seem like she’s stretching. The outcome can be either frightening or funny, depending on the person observing it.

In another scenario, an Overwatch 2 player on Reddit observed a video featuring Genji’s response to the Moira glitch and commented, “I played as Genji, and I couldn’t help but mirror his expression when she performed that trick right in front of me.

Zenyatta T-pose bug

On Reddit, the user identified as QueensMassiveKnife and DrunkerQueen in Overwatch 2, reminisced about Zenyatta’s T-pose. In the past, before a recent update, Zenyatta would assume this pose when players tried to use his Retro Hero emote.

In our games of Overwatch 2, we encountered the T-pose glitch personally, and it appears to happen independently of which Zenyatta skin is used. We’ve also seen evidence from other players’ screenshots and videos that support this.

In much the same way that the Zenyatta T-pose bug was addressed with a later update, it’s expected that the elongated Moira glitch in Overwatch 2 will also be resolved eventually. For the time being, players can continue to appreciate the amusement and intrigue this issue brings to their matches.
