So, when will the Widowmaker Mythic Weapon be added to Overwatch 2 in Season 15?
Release date
Currently, there isn’t a specific launch date confirmed yet for Widowmaker’s Mythic Weapon in Overwatch 2. However, we can expect its release to occur during the course of Season 15.
It’s likely that the Widowmaker Mythic Weapon will be released in March, as Season 15 premieres on February 18 and Season 16 starts in April.
As a dedicated fan, I can tell you that my team and I yearned for an in-game representation that perfectly encapsulated the heroic essence of Widowmaker. Fortunately, our brilliant concept artist took this challenge to heart and delivered a visual interpretation that’s nothing short of remarkable.
The weapon appears similar to a standard Widowmaker rifle, yet it pulses with vibrant purple energy. At this point, its function remains a mystery; players must await further details from Blizzard to learn how it operates.
