Vendetta is Overwatch 2’s first-ever melee damage hero.
Blizzard Entertainment has officially unveiled the abilities of the new Overwatch 2 hero, Vendetta, along with a new gameplay trailer. You can now find a complete list of her skills and see her in action!
Overwatch 2 Vendetta abilities
I’m really excited about Vendetta in Overwatch 2! She’s a damage hero, and she’s all about swinging a massive greatsword. She has this cool combo attack called Palatine Fang, and she can block incoming damage with Warding Stance. What really makes her stand out are her abilities – Soaring Slice, Whirlwind Dash, and Projected Edge – they let her get around the map quickly and really put the pressure on opponents. Plus, her passive, Onslaught, makes her even faster and more deadly the more she attacks. And her ultimate, Sundering Blade? It’s insane! It’s a huge, sweeping attack that just cuts right through most defenses. I think she’s going to be a really strong hero!

Overwatch 2 Vendetta perks
As a Vendetta player, I’m really liking how we get to customize our abilities! First, you pick either Siphoning Strike or Relentless to start. Then, as the match goes on, you get another choice – do you want to go with Swift Vengeance or Raging Storm? It’s cool being able to adapt our playstyle like that.

Vendetta is a DPS hero in Overwatch 2
Vendetta is confirmed to be an Italian hero specializing in damage. This information was shared in emails to Xpsp on November 17th and 20th, and is also stated in the description of Vendetta’s official gameplay trailer.
Meet Vendetta, the first melee-focused Damage hero in Overwatch! She uses her massive greatsword, the Palatine Fang, and incredible speed to quickly overpower enemies in close combat with both strength and accuracy.

Blizzard Entertainment recently released the official gameplay trailer for the hero, Vendetta, just after revealing her introductory trailer. The gameplay highlights Vendetta’s impressive agility and power in close-quarters fights. It showcases her key abilities – Whirlwind Dash, Soaring Slice, and Projected Edge – all enhanced by her Onslaught passive. The trailer also features Vendetta’s ultimate ability, Sundering Blade, in action against Junker Queen!
Overwatch 2 Hero 45 release date and trial
Vendetta will be released on December 9th, coinciding with the start of Overwatch 2 Season 20. Before the full release, players can try her out in a special hero trial from November 26th to December 1st. Just log into Overwatch 2 to play as Vendetta during the trial period.
